I am not sure where Pure Air obtained its business philosophy, but it should be the gold standard for any company. This company is highly professional and with the best customer service. In the sea of HVAC companies that exist today this company stands out. Pure Air first objective when visiting a person’s house in not to see if they can sell them a new system but to see what the problem is and to go from there. This is a rare motto for a company today. If anyone needs an HVAC company, I highly recommend Pure Air.

My heat stopped working, so my wife called a friend and told us to call Frank from pure air . Talked to him and was at my house in couple hours. 20 minutes later all fixed . Would recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors Frank did amazing job.

I had Pure Air replace my parent’s HVAC system, and we were pleased with their service. When my own furnace stopped working this morning, I decided to call them instead of the company who installed my system. The house had gotten down to 60 degrees and temps will be in the 20’s tonight. Frank came out within a few hours in nasty weather and got the heat working temporarily while parts are on order. Pure Air has come through for our family again, and I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

Tech was great! Had the team out for a second opinion. Previous company advised unit needed replacement. Daniel looked at it and ran diagnostics finding a faulty sensor and a faulty main board (causing unreliable diagnostic results).he explained everything he was doing and looking at in a very friendly professional manner.Ten out of ten would recommend.

Had my winter checkup today and just like past experiences this one was an A++. DJ is a very knowledgeable technician and took the time to explain in detail how a heat pump works and what happens when it kicks in to defrost mode. He was both professional and friendly. So glad I went with Pure Air HVAC when it came to needing a whole new system. Can't emphasize enough how much I recommend them. Frank the owner of Pure Air is outstanding with communicating with his customers as a bonus.

My furnace was a troublemaker. But these guys didn't give up until I had heat. They were courteous, kind considerate and thoughtful. I couldn't ask for a better company to service our furnace in our house.

Great service, extremely fast, and well priced! They came out and fixed an AC unit on an insanely hot day in August within a couple of hours. Frank and Jason are friendly and knowledgeable and great to work with - highly recommend!Services: A/C system maintenance
