Staff was very nice and helpful. Ms. Tony was as smooth as butter! I was in and out in no time?

I like the ability to schedule and check in online. Location is conveniently near Upper Chesapeake. Waiting area is clean and has ample seating. But the staff seem less than enthused to be there and are not very friendly. However, they are quick and efficient.

This location should be ashamed of itself. Incompetent and rude. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

HORRIFIC. Never greeted, just taken back and the tech gave no instructions, etc- just turned her back to me to type at her computer. She only gave one word answers, did not explain what she was doing, and created such a hostile environment I was hesitant to ask questions. I tried to lighten the mood by making small talk/ a joke and she completely IGNORED me. Like I was a piece of machinery, not a human. She thankfully had to call another tech to get my vein and this tech, Kendra, was SUPER. I was also crying at this point. Then I was left to sit in the chair after the blood draw and TERRIBLE TECH#1 was back at her computer. After a few minutes, she said, "Oh you're good- you can go." And there is no way to speak to a supervisor or anything- forget that. This person needs a CAP and if she hates her job so much, QUIT!

There are no staff at check-in, only digital kiosks that don’t work and a loud tv blaring ads. The woman who took my blood did not seem sober or aware - she mumbled one word answers or just grunted when I asked questions or just tried to confirm she was doing the right test. Scary place, don’t go here.

This place is bizarre. The person who performed my test was absolutely miserable, I hope she finds a job she enjoys because it clearly isn't this one. Go to LabCorp.

The woman who did my test was absolutely horrid, just truly rude for no reason.

Phone appointment software is the worst I have ever listened to (seen) no way to get to a person. Web check in not much better. The cost to me (my insurance) you would think they could make this better.Arrived early complete train wreck no body knows what to do, no record of appointment even though I have confirmation e-mail and text waiting room full.

Worst lab ever. No one at the front desk. If you walk in, you have to make an appointment at the kiosk. I came back at my appointment time, but when I tried to "check in", it kept saying there was no appointment found! Finally someone opened the door and told me I had to make ANOTHER appointment. Then they did not have the basic equipment for the stool test and told me I would just have to find way to do it on my own. Go back the next day to drop off the sample, but they won't take it because I NEED TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO HAND THE BAG TO THEM. Insane. Will never use Quest again. Will stick to Labcorp.

My phlebotomist Laura M was one of the most skilled practitioners I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She took my “bad arm”, that often took multiple attempts or ended in total failure, because I’d recently gotten drawn from my other arm. She got it in one go, and I did not feel it! As someone who gets blood drawn often, skilled practitioners really make the repeated experience bearable.

They have nice people working there for the most part, except one woman who seems like she hates her life and doesn't even greet you before she jabs a piece of metal into your arm, but they lost my blood work and now I have to go again. Yay. I'll be using LabCorp this time and we will see how they do
