I just took my vehicle in because I heard a loud sound at my right rear of the car when I put the brakes on. It sounded like a motorcycle was pulling up next to me. I took it in this morning, they diagnosed it quickly and found that the brakes were metal to metal and needed to be replaced . I figured as much and I was expecting that , but I was not expecting to be told that my front right something or another was leaking oil and fluid. It would cost $903 to repair. When I got over the shock and got up from the floor I knew it was something that had to be done, and they had to order the parts. Very quickly after they revived me and gave me that news they told me that it was covered by my extended warranty. If I could dance, I would be doing so right this minute. The brakes were replaced in an adequate amount of time, and Brittany, who took care of me, as well as Mr. Charlie Walls, who is one of the owners , were not only kind and considerate, but they were professional and helpful, and I am thrilled all the way around. Thank you very much Plaza Ford for being there to make my life a little easier.

Took my vehicle in for service since passenger side was getting no heat. Blower worked and AC was fine. I googled the issue and found it could be 1 of two parts which require taking apart the dash. Too big of a fix for me so I took vehicle to plaza ford. They charged me to replace part and their usual labor cost but they charged me a diagnostic fee. This is ridiculous since they did the repair. Even google knew which part it was. If it were a burnt out headlight would the charge a diagnostic fee? Never going here again!

Overall a very pleasant experience, I talked to Mark and looked at a new F-150. Not pushy very informative and if I asked a question he wasn't sure about he got the answer quick and correctly. Most sales people tend to make up something so I appreciate the honesty and integrity, buying process was quick, simple, and most important straight forward. I will definitely recommend.

Very up front and smooth sales process. Craig was very friendly and helpful in showing my father the features of his new truck. Although they did try to upsell you on protection packages they accepted no as an answer and were pleasant to deal with.

The Service Manager is a real j**** He accused me of being dishonest about the timing/mileage of a warranty issue because he thought my vehicle was out of warranty I told him I had an extended warranty and it still had over 50k miles left on the warranty. He changed his tune but still charged me a service fee/deductible for a an issue that was misdiagnosed by his dealership a year ago. I will never buy a vehicle from them again.

Took my Mustang here for an oil change and I was told my front two tires were at 2/32nds and my rear tires were 3/32nds as they tried to sell me on four new tires. My car only has 24k miles on it and I was highly suspicious that this was true. I don’t know who there is measuring tires, but all it took was a measurement with a small ruler to prove that false. All of my tires measured 6/32nds, which makes much more sense based on the way I drive and the mileage. It’s one thing to try to upsell customers for smaller items, but telling them their tires are unsafe when they are not is completely unethical in my book. I will certainly not be returning. Please don’t trust these liars with your car.

Bought a brand new truck from Plaza Ford that died 2 months into owning it. They have left me without a loaner for 2 weeks now and returned the truck to me once already without fixing the problem (truck does not start, check engine light code sent to fordpass app). just left Plaza after dropping the truck off for the second time and still have not gotten a loaner. Also spent an hour waiting for a courtesy shuttle and ended up having to call an Uber.

Service was fast for oil and filter change. And no appointment necessary for oil change, it is first come first serve! Customer service was great. And the service rep. is without pressure and is casual (easy going, no big suit and ties!). Would recommend Plaza Ford for no appointment oil change.

When checking the Ford web page for the time Quick Lane opened, to my surprise, I was directed to a page to schedule an appointment which I did. In the past I was aware that the service was first come first serve. I received an email confirmation prior to my appointment. I arrived at my scheduled time only to be told the scheduling appointments on the website were bogus and would not be honored. I did speak to Paul the service manager who also told me the same thing. Basically everyone at Plaza has no idea why or how this scheduling process works nor will they honor the scheduled appointment even with a confirmation from Ford. Needless to say I was angry and inconvenienced. Someone is dropping the ball at Plaza!

Horrible, after scheduling an appointment, learned the hard way they don't honor the appointment for 20,000 maintenance on my vehicle. I didn't read some disclaimer hidden in the fine print that nobody reads.

I purchased a car from plaza Ford and was dissatisfied with some of the interior of vehicle. I spoke to Elliott during my purchase and he agree to replace the parts completely or provide other options I CHOSED to wait for the parts. It was originally told to me the parts would take about 2 months and ended up waiting 5 months for the parts. My issue isn't with the parts department at all! I totally understand it's covid and the parts were on back order, so not very much they could do. What was very unfortunate however was the one time in 5 months I decided call to ask what was the process looking like and to obtain more information, was how rude the sales manager Elliott was. He had a very charming accent and personality at the time of purchase but quickly turned into a nasty and rude manager after my purchase. During our phone call he hung the phone and convinced himself that the line magically went dead. If he had any true value in customer service he would have at least ATTEMPTED to apologize. If you plan on going to plaza Ford please ask for Craig.... He's very patient and kind and truly is all about the customers. I hate that he even works at that location because he treated me so well that I wanted to send everyone I knew to plaza. And Kevin in service was an absolute delight when the parts actually came in. They are the only two people I would ever consider patronizing this business for.
