The two employees that helped me in Philadelphia gave outstanding service. They found other stores that might have the shoe I was looking for and provided me with there numbers. When I called a store in Illinois, the woman I spoke to found the shoes I wanted and had them shipped to me. Everyone was amazing

A few months ago I went to turn a 300 dollar work boat and my visit was very unwelcoming, the girl that was in the front register was so unpr and very racist, I told her that i had talked to the manager days before and she told me to come in and exchange them for someth else so I did go but when I went this young girl was so rude and like I said very racist, mean while my husband had met me there from work and he started to tell her in a high voice that we where told to come and she said to a us in a mean way that is not true and called the police, while she was talking to the police she was describing us, she said to them I don't know what they are Spanish black, she was described us like we are a breed of a dog. so mean while I never got my boots or exchanged . So yes I will never go there again.

I started looking at a pair of logger and immediately the lady asked if I needed any help. She was very knowledgeable and sized my feet in the machine. Went and grabbed the ones I wanted and they were 100% perfect. I will definitely go back

THEY GAVE ME TWO DIFFERENT SIZE BOOTS IN MY BOX. had to return them and they didn't have the other show I needed. Waste of time doing that.

Really like Red Wing boots but I was a little put off when I found out they are only making curtain boots and mine isn't one of them and.it.ia the one.they recommend for my working conditions.

Went in today and had a very pleasant experience with Penny, I was looking for some loggers for work, soft toe and waterproof. Penny got me a few pairs in my size, I ended up buying the USA made loggers and they’re great in my opinion, I wish Redwing would have some more logger options in soft toe but that is an overall production issue and not a reflection on the Bel Air store. I had a great experience, store was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely return when I need some resoling or some new boots! Thanks a lot for the ease of purchase and availability of what I was looking for.

The customer service here is phenomenal. I never bought Red Wings before and I had no idea what I wanted. There was one person working there and she brought out so many boots for me to try on. I have enjoyed my experience and am the proud owner of my first pair of Red Wings. The boots I got are the 6” Steel toe Dynaforce. The leather is very thick, the sole is tough, and they look awesome. You can fight crime in these boots.

Went there this evening and was happy as always. Been wearing redwing boots for almost 20 years and my last pair I almost got 3 1/2 years out of them. Granite I operate a front end loader 6 days a week and 12 hr days but three and a half years out of pair of boots is always a plus. The girl working was very helpful and hopefully this pair gets me another three plus years.

I walked in to this store expecting a bad experience after reading the reviews, a lot of people complain a lot about customer service. I can say I had a good experience, even though they didn’t have my size for many boots I asked about, which I understand, you can’t have a lot of inventory when the shoes are expensive, at least in this economy. They ordered the boots for me, and told me it would take about 2 weeks, I got a called within 7 days to pick them up. I met 2 employees and they were both very polite and willing to help. I usually don’t write reviews, unless service is extremely bad, but I wrote this review because of my low expectations due to previous reviews, to let others know the good interactions based on my personal experience.
