Really never had been in here before. What a delight this place turned out to be! We were nicely greeted once we stepped in and very excited to see much of this furniture store! We had a great experience purchasing a bedroom set,. was in stock and currently waiting for this set to be delivered . Check this place out as it is combined with Ashley Furniture store within!

Rachael lozzi helped me check out and she was amazing. I gotta give her 2 ? for knowing the company and its rules. I had some trouble with the financing machine and she came over and helped me get approved. If you need any help, you can ask the customer service reps. Their very capable

A few weeks ago I walked into Regency Furniture in Churchville, MD and I had the most wonderful buying experience ever. Buying furniture can be extremely stressful, which is why I went in to look for furniture at 8:45 PM 15 minutes before they closed. I ended up staying there till around 10 PM and my sales rep Charlie was extremely patient even though I came in super late. The general manager was also very accommodating and worked with me to expedite my delivery. She was also very helpful and helped me find me pieces of furniture that were on sale throughout the store. I have never liked to shop for furniture, but these two individuals made my experience one of the best I’ve ever had while buying furniture. I will continue to be a lifetime customer as long as those two are working there.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE OR THIS COMPANY!!!! We purchased bedroom furniture and a loveseat in February 2022. Of course, COVID held everything up until August. Once delivery was confirmed 2 months ago, they called from the warehouse and said they damaged our footboard. We went directly to the store for resolution as we had just given our bedroom furniture away the day prior (we are STILL sleeping on the floor). The store promised the footboard would be delivered on Oct 7, 2022. So, at THEIR INSISTENCE, we took delivery otherwise we would be forced to pay over $700 in “restocking” fees. The delivery people came, dropped the boxes you see in the pictures and left. The bed cannot be put together without the footboard. We can’t get “Horace”, the regional manager, to return a call. The store manager won’t call us. The store doesn’t answer the phone - EVER - and all you get is a floor rep to talk to when you come in the door. We’ve visited the store and the manager hides behind the floor reps who REFUSE to tell us that persons name or identify them. Today (10/12/22), we find out that they have charged us TWICE for the bedroom set, which has dinged our credit. We can’t get a response with a resolution from anyone at their customer service department 800# because we “need to go to the store”. BOTTOM LINE: The form I signed with the delivery guy even says “footboard not delivered” with my signature. My form, which he refused to sign, only tracks the issue. ON THEIR form (as shown) indicates the footboard not delivered. Also, the delivery guy said we HAD to take delivery without the footboard and once in stock they would come out the bed together. Again, NO response from Churchville, no contact from Regency. I contacted the Catonsville store and they claim it’s a different regional manager and they can’t help. The pictures show that the headboard, drawers and side rails remain unassembled. A lawsuit is coming up in their future, and they will be paying the court fees. EVERYTHING has been FULLY documented. Unless you want the hassle of a lifetime, stay away from them!!!!

Worse furniture buying experience, ever. And it is not over yet.Bought two sets of furniture. One for the living room and one for the parlor.Six week delivery on living room set. One lamp was wired as three way and one was not. They refused to fix it. I retired it myself.Seven month delivery on parlor set. The chair cut me when I sat on it. Love seat was falling apart. Sent pictures to Ashley and scheduled repair for six weeks later. Repaiman reused to fix chair. Not on hislist. Waiting for Ashley to remedy.t

I ordered a three piece coffee table set and was told they only had one piece in stock and that the other two would have to be ordered and that they would hold the piece they had there until the day of delivery . The furniture finally came but was missing the one piece. I called the store and they told me that I would have to order the third piece and wait again for that to come because they failed to hold the piece that they had available when I first ordered. Long story short, I wanted to cancel the order but I was told that in order to cancel the order, I would have to pay a 90 dollar fee for them to came back to get it. How could anyone work for a company that would steal money from innocent customers. SMH! That’s okay, karma.
