Normally I shop at the Sally’s in Aberdeen but this one is closer to home. I came in knowing exactly what I needed was greeted and told the sale. I noticed I forgot my purse in the car. I handed my items to the cashier, told her I needed to run to my car and would be right back. When I returned, I retrieved my items continued you shopping only to hear they had contacted security, you could hear the message being played through the store asking about suspicious activity. I hear the white woman at the cash register on the phone with the company and after I checked out, I could heard the Asian woman on the phone telling the company there was no threat. When I confronted the cashier about it, she said it was a routine alarm that went off to check on them. If that’s the case I find it interesting that it’s only their store in the shopping plaza and not at the other Sally’s. I won’t be back, I will stay at Aberdeen where me and my money are welcome.

I have used Sally Beauty for years, but do not normally use the Bel Air store. I will not use them again! Employee's are not knowledgeable AT ALL about hair care. PLEASE DO NOT FOLLOW their recommendations or you will be sorry. They do not know what they are doing. In particular, the asian women & the supposed manager? Who has blue hair & dark hair I can not speak for the other employee's I DO NOT recommend this store. Drive a little farther & find another.

The store always has what I need. It's clean and organized. The staff is friendly. However, they're not very educated on their products and cannot help much with questions regarding hair dye, toners, highlights, etc.

I had a woman check me out tonight and it was honestly one of the best checkout experiences I've ever had. She had shorter ombré blonde hair and had the sweetest attitude the whole time I checked out even with me asking 1000 questions.

They are not experienced in hair care at all you go for a toner and ask which one and they have no idea what one you need I think they need people who know facts about things they are selling and what exactly the product does! It is very important for a employee to know what the products do and how the outcome will turn out plus they don’t like when you return products cause they told you it will work? this company needs to watch and educate the employees just my opinion

Always find what I need but they need more experienced cashier's that know what they're talking about. I am a hairstylist and ask questions to see if they know the brands and the correct formulas and they dont

Every time I visit I am reminded why I chose to travel to salon centric instead. Even though there are new employees every time I'm in, they all have the same attitude and treat customers like we are inconveniencing them by deciding to shop here.

The "it" nail polish for Christmas 2018 is, apparently, China glaze's grinch collection. Making it next to impossible to find the 8 mini polish gift set. On China glaze's website, I saw that sally sells the collection. I called and asked if they had any left. That had ONE. I asked the associate if she would hold it for me if I would leave my house right then and be there within 15 mins, and she said no problem. She saved the day! Happy daughter and stepdaughter for Christmas = happy life!
