The manager Phoenix is amazing. The facility on the other hand is awful. No climate control all summer. In fact, it was 105 degrees in the third floor several times.
The elevators are broken more often than not. Power was out for 48 hours. It’s always something. I feel bad for the employees.

Great pricing for my area but this building has some problems. Elevator out of order. Push button to open cargo door out of order. Manually operated cargo door is difficult to open. Saving grace is polite, helpful personnel.

First time renter and very satisfied!! Phoenix was so sweet, helpful and accommodating. We set up online then stopped by. Clean, climate controlled and easy access up till 10pm! And hand trucks! I felt they really appreciated my business!

These folks are great. Clean facilities, and nice people are running the place. I highly recommend. My only complaint is that they do not allow PODS or other competitors onsite.
Update: Don't plan on staying there for any period of time. We rented a unit in 2018. They raise the rates incredibly. Today 4/6/2024 they informed us that the new rate for our 10x20 unit would be $477 a month. Going to their website you will see a new renter will pay less than half that. On a square footage basis, that is more than a luxury apartment would rent for.
Update 2: I sent my review and contact information to the email address they provided in the response. No answer from them. Complete crickets!

Facility is fine. As advertised. Indoor climate controlled. However they JACK you up on their rent. They just keep hiking the rent up over and over. Three separate times the clerk said they could look to have it lowered but needs manager review. Never ever have I received a call or any attempts to keep the rate the same or lower back to prior agree rate. Be warned they will JACK UP your rates!!

Too expensive and they raise rates every six months and sometimes sooner than that. They have no consideration for Senior citizens or military retirees. We were denied any discounts, whatsoever.

The place has a severe rodent problem, especially on the first and second floors. Third floor is hot and humid no matter where we go. Their insurance company is infamous for either not covering what they promised using legal loopholes, or for delaying payments upwards of 2 years. Please choose a better facility.

Excellent location and great staff. Only issue I found while using this center over the course of 3 yrs between my and sister was the amount of increases that were quite steep compared to other storage locations. Hopefully the greed of covid is over and you honor the original price.
