My family and I come in here at least once a week, if not more. All of the staff knows us and talks with us. Thursday afternoon I stopped in for gas and cigarettes. The attendant and I greeted each other as we always do. I paid and then went out to the pump, only to realize that the gas I bought hadn't been added yet. I went back in to notify the clerk, and he asked me for my pump # again. I remind him that I was on #3, and he told me to wait inside while he went out to check it himself. This struck me as a bit odd since he usually just adds it through the register, but I waited as he asked me to. Then a guy came in and asked if he had been placed on the correct pump. He said that he was on pump #4 and only had $10. The 3 of us went outside and discovered that my gas had been mistakenly placed on his pump. Even as the clerk tried to explain to the man that it was my card that had been charged, the guy continued to fuel his car unperturbed; as if he didn't know that the $40 worth of gas he was depositing into his tank wasn't his. I tried intervening myself, but every time I tried to speak, the clerk swiftly cut me off, claiming that I had "lied about my pump number", and insisting I be quiet. I looked for my cell phone hoping to capture the exchange, as well as any helpful information that I could, on video. As I was digging through my purse, I heard the attendant tell the man that he owed me $40. Unfazed, the guy says that he "doesn't have it", and leaves. I memorized the description of the man, along with the make/model of his vehicle. I really thought that the clerk was going to call the cops, but instead he just watched the man leave. Before heading back into the store he tells me to "Leave and never come back". At this point I was on the verge of tears. I had just witnessed someone knowingly drive away with $40 worth of my gas, and the attendant, who had always been so cordial before, was blaming it on me. Not knowing what else to do, I followed him back inside. Although I felt sorry that the business was going to suffer a loss, I had to get my gas/money back. When I asked the clerk to please return it to me however, he flipped out. He called me a "liar", and accused me of "playing little lying games". There were a few other customers in the store at that time and they all just kind of stood there in shocked silence as he berated me. Eventually, I started yelling back at him. Normally I'm a very respectful person, but I can't stand being called a damn liar. He was the one who had made the mistake. He was the one who had mixed up the 2 pumps, although I had told him multiple times that I was on pump #3. Instead of taking responsibility for his own actions and apologizing though, he chose to disrespect me. Eventually he agreed to give me the gas that I paid for back, but he (once again) told me not to leave, so I pumped my gas and left. A short time later, I realized my new cell phone was missing. Originally I thought that it had fallen to the bottom of my purse, but in all of the chaos I must've left it on the store counter. Afraid to enter the store again alone, I returned with another woman. When I asked the clerk if he had found my phone, at first he denied it. It wasn't until he noticed the other woman standing there that he admitted that he had. When we got outside, the other woman said the same thing I had. We both thought that he had intended on keeping my phone, which is just so crazy to me because again, we come in here all of the time!I was stolen from, screamed at, patronized, embarrassed and belittled by a business that I have supported for YEARS. I guess that in the end, it really doesn't matter how loyal a customer is. When it comes to blaming a 5'2" woman alone, owning up to your own mistakes, or confronting the real culprit, a coward will choose the woman every time. They have lost a loyal customer for life.

Prices are usually comparable to Royal Farms which seems to be the cheapest around. The staff is always friendly here. Only complaint I have is the set-up of the gas pumps, There are only 4 available for non-diesel & there's sometimes a wait to pull up to a pump. It's usually pretty quick though!

When we went my friends daughter had to use the bathroom. She's only 3 and had to go really bad. When I asked the lady she said sorry no public bathroom. Are you kidding me. I just spent $120 in fuel and then another 25-30 in snacks and drinks. I will never be coming here again. And I will be contacting corporate on her bc she could had let her use the restroom. You can't tell me you don't have one bc every business has a restroom!!!

Very rude. I asked "is there an air pump?" and "is it free?". A simple yes and no would have been fine, but he shouted "Oh my goodness! Nothing in America is free!!!". FYI, the air pumps at Royal Farm and Wawa are free, and ALL of them in the area are cheaper than the $2 at this place.

Small station across from the festival that most Bel Air and non local patrons aren't aware exists. However, it tends to be the cheapest gas on 24.
