I came in wanted to finish opening and account some woman at the front immediately shut me down, didn't value my time. A business like this clearly only values their own time. Very stupid.

The reviews on here had me worried about going in to create an account and service a loan…but my experience was absolutely professional, helpful, positive and as easy as could be. They all made it a point to fully understand my needs, and answer all my questions. Couldn’t have expected a better experience.

I bank with TD in Toronto, Ontario and made an appointment to open a US account at this branch. After driving 50 minutes one-way, my appointment time was taken by someone else when I arrived. Close this branch for the sake of TD Bank's future. Caveat emptor.

BEWARE!! Agents at this location allowed someone impersonating my sister to withdraw THOUSANDS of dollars, despite her having years ago put a $60 withdrawal limit on her account. They also issued the impersonator a second debit card in my sister's name (but kept the original debit card open - I have never heard of two separate debit cards for the same account!) and allowed the person to even change her verification phone number to a different number without ANY notification to my sister's existing contact info. How someone withdrawing thousands of dollars from an account opened in New York is not flagged, I do not know.

This is the most efficient bank that I know of in my over fifty years of dealibg with banks and it is truly convenient. The staff is always polite, effective, and efficient. I have dealt with them for over a decade with no issues and with every experience being super.

Jean the teller was very rude. Kept telling me off instead of answering questions and the bank closed my account without telling me why and when I called back, this lady was harsh and yelling at me. Very abusive.

For anyone deciding to open an account with TD Bank, please DON'T. One of my business partners deposited two business checks into his personal account and was able to withdraw money. Unfortunately, it was then flagged to the fraud department after the checks were cleared. His account was closed and a check was sent back to the company over two months later. Now the check is lost and the tracking from UPS stops in in NJ at TD mailroom so it never made it to the company in Atlanta for them to reissue us a check. The check is over $9k so I'm not talking about hundreds of dollars.There is not way to speak with anyone from the TD Bank in the fraud department besides going to a branch for them send internal emails and make phone calls. The 1800 number that we are instructed to call only allow you to leave a message and no one has called back as of yet and it has been over two months. How can you not be able to speak to someone or send an email. So now that the check can't be located they are stating that they can't stop the check until 90 days after it was issued. I have not been able to focus on our business or anything else for that matter because I feel like our money was stolen from us.Thank you to Christopher and Rebecca for the communication, however, you should not want to work for bank that don't practice great customer service and professionalism. Your employer is putting you guys in a awkward position. My lawyer was contacted in will be in contact with TD Bank.

This Bank is a Big Joke, 9 Weeks still haven’t received my money back yet. Honestly I would give Christopher a 4 Star Review. He been very helpful but sometimes he get short tempered because of the company he works for . I would give Rebecca a 5 Star. She by far is the best. Great Customer Services, she keep the line of communication open, and I love her energy. But the rest of the staff need more training and a better attitude. Beware of this bank, it’s not worth your time. Trust Me, Look at the Reviews.

Terrible customer service. Unfortunately they were very rude. Even if you dont offer a service, you dont speak to customers in such an insulting, disrespectful, antagonizing, and minimizing way. Unfortunately the other reviews about terrible service are accurate. I would give zero stars if I could. Maybe it's covid and everyone is anxious; but the manager should really look into how their staff are trained and how they behave.

Ms. Lina Phamn was great. I appreciated her service today, she was nice & patient with me after having technical difficulties with my cellular device. Give her a raise, I wish I could tip!!!!!

Wouldn't cash a money order. Wouldn't give change of 5 $20s for $100 in one's. What's the point of a bank if they can't provide money services?
