Rob Stachnick went above and beyond this past week while working in the Havre De Grace Verizon store. He recognized two individuals in store that were attempting to buy several New iPhones on my account. They had created a fake ID with my name and somehow had my pin number. He called me immediately to check and I informed him it was not me. He was able to capture a photo of the men and their license plate, and made a police report. He then advised me to make a fraud report to Verizon immediately. My daughter was having issues with her phone the next day and went into the Bel Air store. Luckily, Rob was there and was able to help her as those men had stole her number. He got her number switched back to her phone and reviewed extra security precautions with her to ensure both her and I were set up as securely as possible.I never leave reviews but felt this was something that deserves to be recognized.THANK YOU ROB!

Bad experience , the salesman could not give us straight answers about the plans that were available and gave off I didn’t want to be bothered so we left would never go back to that location!

Alexi @ Verizon - Amazing Customer Service!I cannot say enough good things about Alexi @ Verizon! A few weeks ago my iPhone 11 stopped working and I needed to try and transfer it to another iPhone my dad had. Because his service had been with TMobile, it needed to be unlocked. Alexi patiently helped walk me through this, even as the TMobile reps were difficult to say the least. Even after it was finally unlocked we still had a terrible time getting it to sync and transfer. Alexi did not give up and persistently kept trying and only after a total of several hours, she was successful! This was not a phone I purchased from Verizon, nor a new line - she saved me hundreds of dollars in not having to purchase a new phone. I have considered switching to a possibly more inexpensive carrier service, but the high quality of customer service I received (sadly a rare thing these days)has made me a loyal Verizon customer!!UPDATE: Alexi @ Verizon came through again!Alexi @ Verizon came through again!After my previous great experience with Alexi my husband & I contacted her about ordering the new iPhone 15 through her @ Verizon. Because we would be traveling out of town, she told us when to call her last Friday (9/15) and took care of both our orders over the phone. I picked up my new blue ProMax yesterday and again Alexi spent well over an hour helping me transfer and set up my phone. I inquired about Verizon’s new plans and she took the time to compare our current plan with newer options. In the end she encouraged me to stick with our current plan as it still was the best for my family and saved us the most (I couldn’t help but wonder if other sales reps would have tried to switch us?)— Again, superior customer service!My husband’s titanium ProMax wasn’t in yet but we received confirmation that it has shipped. We learned last night that because of the popularity of this color that if Alexi hadn’t given us the prompt service she did when ordering it before the deluge of titanium orders happened on Friday- my husband might be waiting a month! Again thank you Alexi!!

I bought a smartwatch and was overwhelmed by many of the features. Branson Popwell of Cellular Sales Verizon Bel Air, MD took time to set the features that I wanted, and then explain how to activate them. A very kind very technically intelligent young man. Thank you again, and Cellular Sales-all the staff in business attire is a nice touch in today's world.

ROB WAS GREAT, FRIENDLY, MADE US FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND WELL VERSED AS TO ALL THE PLANS, ALL TYPE OF PHONES AND SAVED US A NICE SUM OF MONEY. HE WAS SO HELPFUL AND PATIENT!!!

Aaron showed me the utmost respect and beyond fantastic customer service for my mom and I. The transition from TMobile to Verizon was flawless and the easiest phone transaction I’ve ever done. Thank you so much! Driving all the way from Frederick, MD was worthy the experience! We will be back for you! Oh and I love my new iPhone! :)

We were greeted by a very friendly employee named Aaron.He was able to explain questions I had and it resulted in me making a quality decision to transfer from T-mobile. Got my first iPhone and love it. Thank you Aaron for your patience and the smooth transfer to Verizon. It was definitely worth traveling the distance from Frederick just to receive great service from someone like you.

The short version of what led to this conversation: 2 weeks ago I traded in my Pixel 5 for an iPhone 14 pro. Gabe, the kid who helped me, was cool, and assuaged my concerns about switching over to Apple by telling me the exchange policy. (Return the phone in new condition and pay a 50 dollar restocking fee.)When I got home that evening I found out he had signed me up for a monthly 17 dollars worth of insurance without giving me any of the other options. Ok, fine, not a big deal. However, because I felt less informed than I should have been, when I realized a week later that I really hated Apple, I didn't seek him out to process my exchange. The store sent me to another store where he was working anyway, because they wanted him to process the transaction.He seemed impatient with my choice, and asked me if I'd tried to reach him on his personal cell (no, I hadn't; again, had he been more informative, I would have.) Cool, fine. Maybe I'd be impatient too. He brought out the Pixel Pro for which I was now exchanging my iPhone without asking my color preference, processed the exchange, and said he'd send all my receipts via email. I expressed some fear about the size of the Pixel Pro, and he assured me, again: "Same exchange policy. 50 dollar restocking fee."Cool. After using the phone for several days, I realized my hands are way too small for such a large display, and went to exchange it for a Pixel 7. Do I normally exchange a lot of things? Literally never. Do I even return things if I'm not totally satisfied? Not typically. However, a phone is an investment, and I wanted to be happy with my purchase. Plus, again, I had been assured that the exchange policy was the same. Here's where the horrendous and unprofessional service comes in.Gabe wasn't at the store tonight, so another young man with a nicely waxed mustache sat me down to find out what I was there for. I can, at the very least, say there was no pretense about making sure I was a satisfied customer with this person. He asked me if I had Gabe's number. (This again? I don't want help from Gabe. I want help from the location in which I am physically present, because that's what my schedule allows.) He then told me that I couldn't exchange the phone because it was "too many exchanges in a short amount of time."....hmmm...I explained to him, for the second time, that Gabe had said, "Same exchange policy. 50 dollar restocking fee." He tells me he can't do anything about it, and that Gabe must've made a mistake. So, I ask for the official policy. I'm told there is none. I ask for the fine print regarding this type of situation; there isn't one. He goes in the back because he's now going to "call Gabe to see if Gabe tells him to just 'push the exchange through.'" (Ah. So, not a policy then - something completely within the control of the employees. This was later confirmed speaking to Verizon customer service, who informed me that, no, that's not a Verizon policy.)He returned and said he couldn't do anything to help me. I asked him why I wasn't allowed to make the exchange despite being told I could, and despite there being no policy to which he could point that outlined this situation. Had he been able to, I wouldn't be writing this review, because if it was in a document I signed somewhere and didn't realize it, that's on me. Instead, I'm told that the reason is:"Because it's weird and shouldn't be allowed."Okay, dude. I'm not here to be gaslit. I then ask about the process for returning the phone, because I'm not here for any of this, and he gives me a customer service number and tells me that he can't help me with that either.You... can't help a customer return an item? You can't provide rationale for denying my exchange? Your reason is because it's "weird and shouldn't be allowed?"No thanks. Never again. I'm truly not a high maintena

Got a new phone, so went to get a new line added to my plan. Store was hella busy, but the employees made sure I was seen and acknowledged. Got helped by Logan, and it was a smooth, easy and wonderful process!Twice now I’ve been here, and had nothing but good experiences!
