They treat customers poorly here. Arrogant manageress behaves like they're the ones doing =you= a favor. Don't complain or they'll ban you. Fit in or be gone.

Ronnie, the owner, goes out of her way to make you welcome and comfortable. Katie, at the desk is friendly and bubbly and Dawn gives you the best shampoo experience EVER!

Visage is like my second home. From the front desk with Katie , and all the stylists it’s the best place to get your hair done. Friendly, and welcoming ! My mom and I have been coming for years.
