Pharmacy hours are extremely inconvenient. Do not open until 9am. Closed at 6pm. Whole staff unavailable mid day due to everyone taking lunch at the same time. How about staggering for breaks and catering to customer needs? Consider having some early morning hours and evening hours? People are busy working and managing a household and can’t always run out in the middle of the work day to pick up a prescription only to find the entire pharmacy closed for a meal break. Retailers wonder why they are losing business to mail order. They forgot why they are in business in the first place, to service a customer.

The Pharmacist Casey (and honestly every other staff member we've dealt with) has been above and beyond attentive, knowledgeable, accommodating and super friendly while maintaining top notch professionalism. We have a daughter with special needs and it's reassuring and refreshing to have a pharmacy that cares that her needs are met. 6STARS

One car ahead of me and I sat for twenty minutes before I moved up, only to wait another 10 before being spoken to. Add the time it then took to find my prescriptions that were filled only a few hours prior, and I spent significantly more time than necessary waiting. The service is always slow at this location, but this has reached a new low. 0 Stars

Too many issues to properly explain. Most recent personnel indicated that my prescription was ready 2 weeks prior to pickup. However the case was: it was order to 2weeks ago but was on back ordered; it came in 5 days prior to pick when I was out of town but call to say I would pick it up.
Prior order they were submitting an old order previously declined by insurance instead of the most recent order. Ordering system does not seem to be updated on a regular bases. Last 4 orders took several discussions with staff before order was filled properly.

Their pharmacy staff go above and beyond to help me when I’ve forgotten to pick up important meds for my children and happen to remember last minute— even before they close and they still find a way to get me EVERYTHING I need! They are truly a blessing!!!!

The attitudes are extreme when picking up medicine. The rolling of the eyes. The negative body language. Never a smile. Just an attitude. Every single freaking time. If you don’t like your job fined another one.

This place is terrible! Customer service is non existent. Walgreens policy just shoved in ur face. I can’t believe anyone still gets scripts filled here. I can’t believe I am still getting them filled here. I got to change that today!

Worst pharmacy I've ever used. My medication is canceled when it should be delivered, pharmacists shut the gate when they tell you to wait, hang up phone calls when they cant figure it out or takes too long, and have little patience for the patients. No one there should work with people, especially sick people.
