Put in a large online order consisting of 8 items, 6 of the items ordered were incorrect. Ordered a bowl with mac & cheese, mashed potatoes and chicken and only got the chicken. Ordered an egg white veggie bagel with bacon. Only the egg white was on it, there was not enough cream cheese to cover even 1/8 of the bagel. Ordered an everything veggie bagel with bacon. It was a plain bagel, no cream cheese, and 1 piece of bacon when there should be 4 pieces. Ordered a bagel with extra butter and there was no butter. I mean I don't understand how SIX of the items out of 8 were wrong. Called the store and the manager wasn't even apologetic, absolutely ridiculous.

I decided to get a scrambled egg bowl this morning ( which I never tasted). There was no cheese option because it stated the cheese was included in the eggs. I asked again about the cheese, but was again told that it was not there because it was in the eggs. I get to work and tried to eat before my meeting, only to see NO CHEESE in the eggs.When I called the store about it, the manager tried to argue me down about it, like I can really take a picture but he only said to bring the food back, like how? I'm at work now!!! I just threw it away, ( should've took the picture and posted to this page)

Update 12/26/23: Marcus, who's a supervisor at the call center, 1-800-444-9292, very much disappointed me in saying that the issue was to be addressed with that location and nothing else will occur. It was a complete waste of time me registering a complaint. They condone the very rude behavior of Michelle that night and I strongly recommend that no one patronize not only that WAWA, but ALL WAWAs! Customer service should always be a priority for any company, especially one like WAWA. Both the individual stores and Corporate simply do not care!

Several of my visits in the last 6 months have reflected the 1 star rating. Today, I stopped in to purchase fuel in the afternoon. No customers ahead of me in line. I was advised by the cashier that she was taking care of a customer at the moment, even though there was no customer in line. It turns out it was an order for another Wawa employee who was walking around the store. No other cashiers available to assist. A few days earlier, I made a purchase, and a person walked up to me while I was being rung up by the cashier, begging for an item I was purchasing. I just told the customer, "No" and walked away. I would expect this type of behavior in a poor inner city location, not Belair. A few months earlier, I stopped in after 3am for a cup of coffee. Was told by another customer also looking for some coffee that there wasn't any available. Store employees told the other customer that they don't start making coffee until 4am. So much for the 24 hr store experience. Then I decided to make another purchase, waited 5 minutes at the empty cashier area for assistance, then left. I did notify corporate of that incident, however no improvements have been done since my complaint. No one acknowledged me, and there were at least 5 employees in the store at this time. This location needs to be closed. I get better service from the Aberdeen and BelAir location (at 543).

They have some really good smoothies and their food is good for a gas station. Always nice for a quick, convenient bite to eat.

Samantha Bosnick admitted to spitting in her baby dads girlfriends food when she started sleeping with him again. That’s disgusting. None of us will be coming to this wawa again until she’s gone. This is public knowledge all over facebook. Absolutely foul.

Went here to get the Mrs a burger, ended up losing my wallet and it getting stolen from the parking lot. Mrs said it was one of the best burgers she ever had tho so I think it equals out.

Store was clean and well put together. The cashier however felt the need to tell me how long she smoked and when she quit ( I was purchasing vape products) . When the total rang up she followed with a ‘If that don’t make you want to quit’. I don’t need to be schooled on what I choose to buy or not buy. Mind ya business. She had the personality of a rock.

Seriously understaffed for the busy location. Those that work in deli either can’t read, dont understand what the menu items are, or just don’t care. Ordered an Italian sub and the ticket was correct but got a Turkey sub. I will drive 10 miles to avoid this location in the future.

Ordered curbside pickup put in my spot number and waited for 45 minutes went inside waited even longer untill I went to the cashier asked her to get them and I told them my order number it was just sitting there the bread was soggy and my milkshake was completely melted this is the worst wawa i've been to.

Food is fine. Fuel pumps are terribly slow, it took 15 minutes to pump 36 gallons
