“MY 1st WOMENSWEAR WINTER COAT I've purchased for myself today at age 47 in 15-20 years. I've been wearing unisex puffer coats from Old Navy or light jackets hand downs from my son for the past few years - Divorced twice (both marriages were just over 10 - 13 years) - The HUSBANDS DID THE COAT BUYING (gifts) - So let's back track - I need to write the backstory - I'm a mom of 3 (27/25 and the 1 man-child, age 14) the older girls are gone so just the man-child teenager - I order this shiny puffer on Amazon that I've been reordering over and over again since October that just never arrives THAT HE WANTED SO BAD - He's been blowing his nose 7 hrs in the evening and leaving out in the morning dressed for style and squeezing his 6foot, 195 lbs into a "Medium" Old Navy Black Puffer from 3 years ago (Sidebar: He's a LARGE/XL or Big&Tall when cut small - He also has last years puffer but it's not BLACK "MOM") - so today's the day - Let's go to Macy's then because it's killing me at this point and for the 3rd time Amazon has had to REFUND my $$$ - It's WEDNESDAY 5pm, we're having a Full Moon in GEMINI/ SAGITTARIUS Season if you're into astrology boom (Be Patient with people and with yourself) ok it's foggy like fog fog that looks like snow and ice and it's Harford county, so if you know you know (we have our own version of rush hour on route 24 - Where In MACYS for less than 5 minutes and he's smiling holding a Shiny Calvin Klein Puffer in black up (be mindful he dragged himself to the truck and yup got the mommy lecture for squeezing into a coat vs just wearing the alternative camouflage puffer from Old Navy) but ok - the smile worked (Pictured Below) "CALVIN KLEIN PUFFER CM052418 BLK" - So let's talk MACYS HARFORD - Limited Selection so this was a RANDOM GOOD DAY & Prayer works my friends - I'm learning - The PRICE TAG $250 - price in my head for him was $159 +taxes - $79 TODAY $85 after tax - great quality and he's happy - Lots of laughs now there I am in my unisex oversized Puffer looking at my reflection and shaking my head - I'm 5'9 and 143 lbs (I need a life guard to save me from drowning in the coat) Whyyyy No one tells you smh - I wear a SMALL not a Med not a Large - that little voice told me to go ahead over to Women's, that's after trying on 3 Men's coats (My son said NO to all 3) - lots of laughs the psychological stuck points are real. Ok - THE 1st COAT IS THE COAT - after I just bypass those gold tags (Michael Kors) - no shade- I'm just not a fan - so any way - (Yassss I just had to overwrite this moment) THE COAT: "DKNY DL2MPE75 BLK"/ LONG /BLACK /PUFFER /FAUX FUR /HOOD/ and a SIZE SMALL / GIVING FEMININE VIBES / SNATCHED WAIST Aka STRETCH FACTOR/QUALITY MATERIAL/ WATER RESISTANT/ AGE APPROPRIATE/ STYLE / SEXY / CLASSY/ FLEXIBLE FOR EVERYDAY EVERY OCCASION/ -15F Warmth Factor - AND OF COURSE THE ONLY ONE... PRICE TAG $340, I looked after a mirror check (When you have spoiled people taste you know before you look) Price checker $205 (DISCLAIMER: None of this was in my budget FYI of what I would be doing for soooo many reasons - in my head CVS Target Pharmacy $200) When you're budgeting in this episode of As America turns you sigh and pause on everything - The Staff - Oh that just fits you...
