I rented a U-Haul trailer from here after my reservation was canceled by another location. The staff here were very friendly to deal with and super informative. The property ,grounds and office is very clean . Well run location. Thank for your help!

Absolutely a 5-star experience! Renting a unit at YourSpace Storage @ Hickory in Bel Air was quick and hassle-free. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the process. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and accessible 24/7, which made everything so convenient. I had a great experience and highly recommend them!

I had a great experience at Your Space Storage in Hickory. I recieved amazing service from Kaitlyn, what an amazing asset to the company. Not only was she friendly and knowledgeable but when I ordered the wrong size unit, she went out of her way to show me all the sizes and made the transition so easy! 100% recommend, ask for Kaitlyn!

First the positives: it is open 24/7 and has climate controlled indoor storage as well as traditional outdoor storage. Many many different sizes to accommodate your needs.The negative is the pricing.They have specials every month for your first month, but after that the price goes up and I have been going there for many many years and all my rent does is go up and up and up. Best for short term storage not long term at the prices they charge.As an update, as a customer here for 11 years I was recently granted a stay of my current rate instead of it increasing again.

I rented a large, indoor storage space from Yourspace in Hickory, MD and it was the first time that I have ever needed this type of service. The facility is spotless and the manager there is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had the wrong move out date (my error) and the manager went above and beyond to make it as painless as possible on my end. I am truly grateful to her for being so fair with me. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a great place to store their belongings. Without a doubt, I would rent a space again here in the future if I ever needed to do it again. Ten stars!
