Filling taxes could not be easier. I thought I knew what I was doing but I very clearly did not. That is where H&R Block came in. I was able to walk into the local office and get help from a knowledgeable professional. The whole process was quick and easy. Definitely recommend Suzanne at the Belcamp location.

Our first visit the tax preparer had no clue what to do, so we’re rescheduled. The next one did mine eliminating items that could be claimed. Left me sitting a number of times to take care of other things. Charged me a ridiculous amount for the little she did. Then my former husband came to have his done and she had no clue what to do and sent him to yet another individual. It took the third person a week to figure things out. They were very unprofessional. I spoke with the manager and she was equally unprofessional and had difficulty following what I was attempting to explain. I would never go there again.

The tax analyst Alton Macdonald was extremely helpful, and nice. He was very elaborate in explaining everything to me regarding my return, and made my experience all around great. I will certainly be returning next year.
