Desperate for a refrigerator that would meet my very specific requirements (French door, bottom freezer, no handle, drawers that would come out for cleaning with the doors open at 90 degrees, and not impossibly small), I visited 8 new and used appliance stores in two days. And Dennis was by far the most helpful salesman I met at any of them. So I bought a refrigerator from him but then the next day I found one I liked better at Home Depot. Thankfully, Dennis allowed me to exchange the one I had already bought for the better model at no charge, plus he matched the Home Depot price. A bonus is that’ll the guys who delivered the new refrigerator a few days later were awesome—they took away the old one, a heavy beast, with no trouble and got the new one in and set up very quickly. I will definitely come back the next time I need an appliance!

I had excellent service from Dennis. He is very knowledgeable and helped me make up my mind. Socrati and George were very fast and efficient taking away old microwave and stove and installing new microwave and stove. I highly recommend them.

Appliance Land is great! Their customer service is incredible. The original dishwasher I selected ended up being slightly too big for the space in my kitchen (a mistake on my part). Dennis helped me to quickly find an alternative that would fit, which Appliance Land then quickly re-delivered and installed without any issues. I really appreciate Dennis's help and the quick and friendly installation by Appliance Land's delivery team. It was so easy to get in touch to figure out a solution to the problem, much easier than if I had gone with a big box store. Thanks so much!

It took 14 months for an oven, they permanently damaged my hardwood kitchen floor (delivery guys stood on top of the damage to hide it while getting my wife to sign off). Took another month to get a response - then they agreed to give me $100. I would look elsewhere.

I know I will always get good advice when I go into Appliance Land. I’ve ordered appliances there before, and delivery has been smooth. They were helpful when I was looking for an appliance to fit into a small space in my old home. I mostly appreciate the personal expertise available to answer all your silly questions, and the offer to look up multiple items availability.

Update 9/22: Delivery of both appliances is set for 9/24 and I’m pleased so far by house management at the AL Annapolis location worked to make this right.Update as of 9/8: I was able to speak with Chris, the general manager, and share my experience at their Beltsville location. He was very , open, understanding, and talked me through the concerns I had for the items I wanted to purchase and install. My impression based on this conversation has changed for the better and am hopeful I'll leave as a satisfied customer.Appliance Land had come recommended by local residents for their service. However, the customer service experience there was off putting and insulting. I appreciate the gentlemen taking time to speak with me about the options, but his demeanor aired on the side of abrasive and condescending. The information about the limitations associated COVID which resulted in limited inventory options was helpful. But when I asked him to clarify something he breezed through, he responded with "you weren't listening." I am visually impaired and have difficulty with hearing when people use the mask, which is something most people find challenging. So speaking more slowly would have been helpful. I did not need him insulting my intelligence with his attitude. I was ready to spend a good amount of money there based on the recommendation for this local business. But I was happy to leave and go elsewhere.
