They did a good job and cleaned the inside of my cab and I never asked them to do that. They went above and beyond and I appreciate that. “Huge shoutout to Brian and the whole Crash Champions team! I was hit by a drunk driver and had no idea what to expect going into the repair process, but they made everything super easy and stress-free.
The customer service was amazing. Communication in person, over the phone, or by text was consistent and not overwhelming at all.
The front desk ladies were super helpful and made all the paperwork quick and painless. They even got me a ride to the rental office, which I really appreciated.
Got my car back in about a week, and it came back clean, washed, and vacuumed (which was such a nice surprise.)
Overall just a really smooth experience. Definitely recommend.

“Mr. Darwin is AWESOME! I came in to get my alternator tested and was expecting to hear the usual responses from other auto part stores (were busy now, machine is broke, come back later etc.)
He greeted me with a smile and friendly response. He grabbed the machine and we headed towards the door in a matter of seconds! Beyond testing the alternator he also looked at the battery and reassured me that everything was in great shape. Also, he complimented my vehicle and says he would like to get something similar one day.
You can tell that he loves his job and enjoys helping people. I tried to offer him a cash tip as a way of saying thanks, but he politely refused.
The positive vibe that this young man exudes is indicative of leadership material and hard work. He is truly an asset to this store and the brand as a whole. Thanks again Mr. Darwin!

“I had a problem with my ABS, They checked my ABS and, believe it or not, found and removed screws lodged in my tire. I’d been driving on it...luckily the tire wasn’t punctured. The staff were polite, professional, and charged a reasonable fee. I highly recommend them for any car repairs.
