“I really wanted to like this place, they did a great job on my father’s car and a couple of friends cars as well. However, I recently got my car repaired here- I received no updates on the car (as I was promised), every time I’d call for an update they’d give me a false date (which I can understand but becomes tiring after the fourth/fifth time calling), when my car was finally ready, they hadn’t completed various things they promised would be done. Had to take the car elsewhere to get an alignment and am currently receiving 0 updates on a missing part they forgot about/ forgot to replace on my car. Overall, they are extremely friendly, the work done is nice - really wanted to enjoy my personal experience with them, but it was very lacking.”

I had to call them for all of my car updates except when I talk with Annette. She called me back with my car updates. She gave me excellent customer services. My recommendation is the staff need to follow up with their customers.”

“My service engine soon light came on yesterday so Today (3 July) I was right outside the Advance Auto store at 8;55 “to see” if they could do a diagnostic “when they get the time” - the sign said they opened at 9 - well they opened at 0859 and by 9:01 the PROffesional technician (about 25 yrs old) was performing the diagnostic and told me what caused the light to come on - I wasn’t ready for such prompt service - couldn’t believe it - I shared my thoughts with him and he replied “I learned a long time ago it’s the small things that mean the most to a lot of people” - that PRO is well beyond his years pertaining to customer service- started my day with a smile thanks to him”
