My service representative Tonny Wambugu, patiently answered all of my questions and scheduled an appointment for the next day due to safety concerns of my cars condition. They gave me an expected date for completion and they returned my car a day earlier!. Tonny also provided a multi-point inspection and alerted me about another issue that needed attention. When I picked up my car, my husband and I also received friendly customer service from Scot Shumway with whom we enjoyed talking to as we waited for my car to be brought into the service area. Overall, this was a pleasant experience at MB of Silver Spring.”
