“Had a great experience here getting a GX550! Edison was fantastic and kept in contact with us as we waited for our perfect vehicle to come available. We were able to test drive a loaner GX550 which is rare to be able to do (tried at several other dealerships). We paid list price for a 2026, nothing more despite the rarity of the cars. They offered 1k over any other dealer on my trade-in. Financing was low pressure with the add-on warranties that we waived. The dealership itself is very nice, nothing negative to say. “MB of Silver Spring provided excellent service on my E class car today! I needed refurbishment service to my car’s subframe. My service representative Tonny Wambugu, patiently answered all of my questions and scheduled an appointment for the next day due to safety concerns of my cars condition. They gave me an expected date for completion and they returned my car a day earlier!. Tonny also provided a multi-point inspection and alerted me about another issue that needed attention. When I picked up my car, my husband and I also received friendly customer service from Scot Shumway with whom we enjoyed talking to as we waited for my car to be brought into the service area. Overall, this was a pleasant experience at MB of Silver Spring.”

Despite being crazy busy thanks to the recent storm and ice -- John agreed to have me bring the car in early the very next morning. They took a quick look and fixed it on the spot for free. Absolutely recommend these folks.”
