I call to handle a claim on the phone and this guy says I need to come in. As soon as I drove all the way there he says we can't do it you have to call a specialist. Why tell me to come in..? I call the people online and you get transferred around . The guy that works inside needs to learn more about his job and so people aren't wasting their time.

I don't think I have had a bad experience here. Been using this location for a long time. Always able to go inside but I guess you can't go outside anymore because there was a robbing? Well typical PG.

I rarely ever go to the bank (like once a year rare) but when I do go, it's never pleasant. I try to do everything I need on my phone and app. This is a Monday afternoon, no one is there to check people in or ask what we need help with. There was another gentlemen already sitting down waiting. Claudia finally came out to ask if I have an appointment today. NO because the app doesn't allow me to make one. I told her I needed this document notarized and she said okay, took the gentleman before me to the back. Another colleague comes over to ask me what am I here for? I said the same thing that I said to Claudia - that I need this document notarized. He asked if I made an appointment. I told him the same thing NO because the app doesn't allow me. Then he said he can make an appointment for tomorrow cause sometimes the person who notarizes doesn't bring their notary stuff. Um excuse me?? Well can you find out if she brought her notary stuff. He went to ask and came back saying she didn't have it. Keep in mind, I was just sitting there waiting, when she could have told me then and there she didn't have her notary stuff when she first asked me what was I there for! She could have even suggested for me to make an appointment or whatever but she didn't!! This is beyond frustrating at this point because this is the 3rd or 4th time I've tried to get this paper notarized (for child care) I finally asked who was the branch manager Edwin and to speak with him. He apologized, said that Bank of America changed the guidelines to what they can and cannot notarize. Sure even though, I have gotten this same document notarized from them before. He suggested for me to go to UPS down the street and he could credit me back. Okay whatever. He also said he will pass the feedback to Claudia, well I hope so because this is far from any decent customer service. A waste of my time. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this Beltsville branch.

Im in line been in line for about an hour it is 5:35 there is only 2 people at the teller, they have a lot of people just coming in and out of the back rooms the line is overflowing the small lounge areas they have. One guy had been assisted by the manager throughout everyone's transaction. This needs to be changed this is a high volume bank and needs to be managed properly! We haven't even gotten an apology for the wait, or anything. Makes me not want to bank with BANK OF AMERICA. Erick and claudia assisted didnt even bother to say sorry for the wait. Claudia is very rude and unprofessional. Not sure if she was having an off day or what but something needs to be done at this location. Please have corporate investigate her work ethics because she doesn't have any! Gosh I really hate this lady right about now!

Lunch time. Two tellers. Almost two dozen people waiting. Five “specialist†chilling in their cubicles typing away like they are busy. They really got their things together

The slowest branch I have ever been to. Omg it takes them 40 minutes to complete basic transactions with lines of fewer than 3 customers! Omg they need more tellers. How is this okay!????

Horrible customer service. They never have enough tellers on hand. If I didn't have to utilize this location for work, I would never step in here.

Talk about slow! I went on a Saturday to get a certified check and it took almost 40 minutes! If it wasn't to pay Uncle Sam I would have been out of there. The workers had no urgency... do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or do it online

I only go to this branch because it's convenient and close by to my location. However, its always a line regardless of what time you go. It can take up to 20 minutes or more just to do a simply transaction. Only 2 or less teller at the window at a time with 10 people standing in line. They need a new manager or to hire more diligent workers. Avoid at all cost! Shame on you Bank of America!

Just in case I have not said this before, the customer service here is in a word atrocious. And as a bonus the New ATM machines are almost always Not fully functioning. Just a quick update, This bank, and this branch in particular just keeps getting worse. No more drive through tellers, no more walk up ATM and the only two drive up ATM machines, one is usually out of order. Let's not even talk about the lack of service you get inside.
