Make sure you read all the negative reviews about this guy before you trust your BMW with him. He writes too many fake positive reviews. He charged me $1500 for a leaky valve cover gasket a year ago. He never did it right and I took my car to the dealer and they said he put it on backwards and it's not even an OEM or even a BMW part. He claims to take pride in his work and if you disagree he will verbally assault you. Do not trust this guy.

⭐️The only review you need to read ⭐️Saw all of his good reviews that he wrote by himself and decided to take a chance with this guy. Took my car in because I was hearing an air leak from my engine area and check engine light. I had a new sensor installed 3 months ago OEM. This guy says it's a sensor, asked him how a sensor can make noise, he said "we need to start with the sensor" after I asked him to do a smoke test. He didn't do the smoke test and just threw parts at the problem. $800 later and a new sensor same exact error. This time he actually does the smoke test and finds that there was a lose bolt, simple job. I asked him to take out the $800 sensor since it wasn't the issue and he says "don't ever come back to my shop" and that he never wants to see me again, great customer service. He charged me a brand new sensor when the old one was perfect textbook scammer. This guy is a total fraud and has to be reported to the better business bureau for his shady activities.Do not risk your time or money with this scammer, just pay the $200 difference and go to the dealership or go to ANY other shop there's a hundred that are on baltimore Ave.

Amr is a car guy's mechanic. Passionate, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and diligent. I called Amr out of the blue one afternoon following a catastrophic failure on my 2019 BMW M850i. He answered himself and immediately provided sound advice and a preliminary diagnosis, with instructions to come in to his shop asap. After a full evaluation, a blown front differential was found to be the culprit. A lesser mechanic would simply replace the costly parts, charge a premium, and send me on my way. That's not how Amr operates. He noticed several other components were of concern and not only had a plan in place to rectify those issues, but recommended a colleague of his, Frank Smith of TTFS to have the underlying issues addressed. That level of ownership and responsibility to your customer is frankly unheard of. Amr doesn't just care for your car, he builds a relationship with you as the customer to ensure all your needs are met up to his exceedingly high standards. Amr is a shining light in the murky landscape of out of warranty or modified BMW ownership. Don't hesitate to give his shop a call with all your BMW needs. You're not only in good hands with Amr, you're in the best hands.

Bimmer Werks Auto Repair, Amr, is the best! I have a 2016 BMW M3 that was cared for meticulously with a mechanic I had when I lived in Germany. After PCS’ing here, I tried a few other BMW mechanics and could not find the same love and care for my M3 that I experienced overseas. Amr and Bimmer Werks Auto Repair was recommended to me by a friend and I have been blown away. It’s apparent that the cars are not just serviced, but truly cared for by a gentleman with a passion for BMW and a love for what he does.My experience was amazing, even after another issue was identified, and my M3 is better than ever. Never going to another mechanic for my M3. Bimmer Werks Auto Repair is my new forever Mechanic.Services: Transmission

This shop is a one-man show and the owner’s perpetual gloomy moodiness and dishonest character were aspects that got to me sooner than later. People fall for it out of ignorance, I did not.As one who worked in an auto parts store, I can attest this shop overcharges for parts beyond the usual markup, absurdly so, and buys the cheapest and lowest quality parts at the client’s expense. Granted, all mechanics have commercial accounts. Thus, the 100% mark-up I was being charged, over the MSRP, was totally shameless.Once I confronted the matter, the owner got nervous, played victim, said he was losing money, and even claimed he was doing me a favor because I “do not take care of the car”. It was ridiculous, to say the least.More so, the man doesn’t lose any opportunity to increase the bill and give costly surprises. If he can charge, he will and without consultation. He charged me $20 to clip in place an under-body cover (utterly ridiculous) and even tried to charge me $50 for a separate engine light matter I asked be ignored and was ignored (no, I did not pay for it).Granted, I knew the problem was a vacuum hose leak and so did he (he has a code reader and so do I). Yet, he said nothing about it. In other words, he was charging me for absolutely nothing with the hope that I did not notice, payed for nothing, and later come back and hear him claim it is something more costly. If you don’t care about wasting money under the guise that everything BMW-related is specialized and has to be expensive, this is your place.

The shop is one of the finest that I’ve ever used over the years for the various BMWs I have found the owner is very forthcoming, honest and transparent and provides exceptional service at a price that is very competitive in the DC metro area and certainly a lot less than what dealerships would charge. I trust this man and I trust his business, and I would recommend you give him a chance to earn your business for your next BMW, scheduled service or repair.Service: Battery

After someone smashed into my nearly new BMW, I was looking for a shop that could repair both mechanical and body damage. After researching Google reviews, I was fortunate to find Bimmer Werks. The great sense of confidence I got when walking into the shop and seeing that it was nearly hospital clean, was supported by the outcome of getting a perfectly repaired car back. Throughout the process, Amr was able to communicate responsively with me through email, reducing the already annoying burden of dealing with an insurance repair.I will be returning for any work I need done on my BMW.

Visited Bimmer Werks twice during summer 2022. On both occasions services were expertly performed in a timely and very fairly priced manner. My 25-year-old M3 has finally found a home for service! Highly recommended by this 50-year BMW CCA member.Services: Transmission

I happened to find this place by chance, but was blown away by the quality of service. Amr knows everything about BMWs and is one of the most kind and personable mechanics I've ever met. He was very patient with my persistent calls and updates and got the work done incredibly fast. His work is top class and is reflected in the way he keeps his shop. Amazing service!!Services: Transmission

After receiving a wildly inflated estimate ($1387) from the BMW dealership to replace an oil valve cover, I checked Google and found this place with very high ratings. I read what people had written and called them up. They looked up my car by the VIN number, estimated parts and labor, and gave me a quote for less than $600!! The BMW dealership was not surprised when I told them. They have obviously heard this from other customers! Bimmer werks was friendly, honest, finished on time, and at less than half the cost of the dealership. I told them up front what the dealership quoted for the job so them are works could have charged $1,000 and I would have been happy at the savings. Instead, they gave me an honest quote of $583 and finished the job for that price and on time. They did not take advantage of me even though they could have made extra profit and still beat the dealership price. You'd better believe this is where I will go next time my BMW needs work. This was my first repair since the warranty expired and I highly recommend you check with these people before paying dealership prices for repairs.

They offered a great price, less than half what the dealer wanted. Bimmer works was honest, even though they could have charged significantly more and still beat the dealer price. They handled it quickly and fix the problem. They were enjoyable to work with.

As other reviews here have already stated, Amr is excellent to work with and great at what he does. I had brake service and upgrades performed at his shop and could not be happier with the results. Both the work performed and communication were fantastic. Amr even spotted and corrected an issue caused by another shop. Do not hesitate to have your vehicle serviced here.Services: Brake service & repair

I had my 325ci towed there because it would not start. I do most of my repairs myself since I absolutely do not trust mechanics (bad past experiences). The mechanic was a stand up and honest man. He diagnosed my car as having a bad fuel pump and replaced it. He did not try to sell me on other services or charge ridiculous prices for parts or anything. After this first time experience at Bimmer Werks, I know I've found a home for my bimmer whenever I can't figure out issues myself. I highly recommend this shop for anyone with a BMWServices: Tires
