Horrible service. Guy lies to try and trick you into a refurbished phone instead of new one with new line like promotion says. Then would not answer the phone after he was found out to be fraud

They got very bad customer service. Don't shop here at all. They will lie to you and say that their service is down when it's perfectly fine. I will do my business somewhere else. Also, make sure you get a receipt because they like to steal money if you are paying with cash.. and if you are paying in card, make sure everything is correct. These people are scammers.

I went there to activate my new SIM card. Empty store, no customers.The woman at helpdesk took my old card out, inserted the new one. Phone did not work.She said my phone is not compatible although it has been working fine 5 minutes ago with the old SIM card.So I lost my phone service just like that, out of nowhere. Called Boost customer service at home: they said the problem was the wrong sim card that they sent to me, not the phone. Conclusion: people who work at this store at 11101 baltimore avenue do not have much knowledge and experience to assist their customers,

Ruth, in Beltsville Maryland was so incredibly helpful and personable. She would not make a move that I want to make, a move adjusting my new phone, without the advice of a senior technician and advised me to go see him a few days later it was a good thing to do. I hope she does well in this business and I see a bright future for her.

Never open when they say they are... I have come here 3 times and they have been closed. I'm sitting in front of the store now and a thick Hispanic guy is waving that they are closed at 5, although Google says they close at 7pm. I needed a new phone and so they lost a $250 sale. I don't know how this place stays open. Awful customer service

Worst service ever I went to a different Boost Mobile try to get two phones to switch over my service they told me 130 I come to this location for the same deal she tried to charge me an extra $60

Terrible service. My 3rd time here and it is always a Hispanic female with a strong accent working. She's impatient and never explains her response. Never focuses on you or your question because she's playing with her phone or computer. Walks away while you're talking. She has NEVER responded to any of my questions. At 1:55 today, the door was locked and i had to wave to get her to open up.

I'm at this boost mobile location right now. I got here at 4:41 and the sign says open and it's blinking but the door is locked. I'm very upset. I've called the # several times! There is no VM set up! I knocked and tried to open door nothing and no one is here. It is now 5pm and still no sign of anyone. I rushed here after work to get help with my phone and purchase new iPhone and now I don't know if I want to stay with boost now. This is not right ! I hope a manger sees this!

Mark is awesome , honest and very knowledgeable about everything in this store. I'm so happy I took my mom here to port over her phone number. From the moment we walked in the store Mark has been nothing but professional, informed, welcoming and kind . Mark also knows about all the products and services at the store and he gives you options . I'm so happy with the service I received from this store and I'll be returning and tell others about my great experience. Mark should be a manager of some sort and his boss should be very confident and grateful to have an employee like Mark to represent his brand .
