DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS LOCATION OR BUDGET COMPANY ...I wish I can give negative stars. Cost me an unbelievable amount of money. I reserved a truck on oct. 4th 2018 to pick up on sunday the 6th in the morning to move my home. When I arrived the location was closed even though it stated that it was open on every site. I called customer service and there advice was to wait until someone got there I WAITED FOR 1 HOUR AND NO ONE ARRIVED!! WHEN I CALLED BACK TO SPEAK TO AN INVENTORY MANAGER [TED I BELIEVE] HIS ADVICE WAS FOR ME TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION AND GO TO UHAUL. I HATE THEM FOR THIS HAD TO REARRANGE MY WHOLE MOVE ON A SUNDAY MORNING. ONE OF THE MOST STRESSFUL SITUATIONS I OCCURRED IN MY LIFE.

Would give zero stars if possible. Do NOT rely on these people. Avoid at all costs. Worst customer service experience of my life, hands down.

Pick up your truck at another location not here. I had reservation at 8:30 am. One day earlier, I called them to verify the time. When I went there to pick up my truck, I had to wait more than 2 hours. He showed up with no excuse!!!

I'd strongly caution that no one ever uses this location for a rental. The level of professionalism is far below average. I had a reservation to pick-up a truck and the day of the reservation I arrived to the location to discover that they were closed for business. There was a hand written note on the door with a phone number. When I called the number it was as if the person that answered the phone had no idea they ran a business nor that they had customers that made reservations. There was no extension of condelences for wasting my time just simply “call the 1-800, they'll help you.†Thankfully, once I called the 1-800 number I was greeted by someone who actually knew how to do their job and he assisted with get me a rental from another location as well as giving me free mileage.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, YOU WILL BE BURNED, I PROMISE! I normally never go out of my way to write a bad review, but this deserves it. Confirmed my truck online, showed up and he said "I don't have your truck." Guy was a total j**** Said I shouldn't have moved at the end of the month because everyone else moves then and that its my fault for not knowing that... My fault that I bought and paid for a truck online and then show up to get it and then its not there? The bigger problem is that because they didn't provide me with a truck, I couldn't get one and have to change my flight out because I have to move a week later because of this j**** THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR MOVING PLANS, I PROMISE! DO NOT RENT. YOU WILL BE BURNED!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever. Dirty location. Awful human named Charles will be rude to you. Trucks are unsafe. Location has not been cleaned in 20 years. Spend a few extra $ and use U-Haul.

I rarely post reviews but this was genuinely one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I rented a truck and was able to return it on the same day. When I drove up to the office the door was open, the lights were on and the owner was at the desk. I was thrilled to be able to hand back the keys in person but he told me that the office was closed. When I pointed out that everything about the office suggested it was still open he flatly refused to help me, told me he only stayed open late to help his friends and not regular customers, and then told me to put everything in the drop box and left me standing alone in the office while he wandered off. Everything about this guy was belligerent and rude. What could have been a pleasant one minute interaction turned into a terrible experience. I've sent a complaint to the customer service email at Budget and will pay the few extra dollars next time to have a good experience at a legitimate business that cares about treating their customers well.

Reserved a truck two weeks ago. Then an hour before I'm supposed to pick it up, they called me the truck is not available. Considering they already took my money, it's very unprofessional and rude. I'm never using Budget again and telling all my networks to avoid it and go to Uhaul.
