Excellent prices on food. The chocolate chip cookie is tasty but pretty pricey. I miss the old pre-COVID churros. There is no better deal than the $10 16-in pizza. I'm glad they changed to ordering on a kiosk because it saves a lot of time. There was a special box to take pre-orders for super bowl party pizzas.

What’s NOT good here is the long ridiculous line to pump gas. It’s a guaranteed 40 minute wait from the entrance. Other than that everything is manageable. #Costco

Oh, Costco, how I missed living in an area where I was close to one. Since my move to the area I am very near to many Costco locations now. However, I doubt that this particular one will be my go to spot after my first interaction here.I showed up here to start up my membership again. it had been nearly a decade since I had one and I thought why not do it again. When I walked into this location to get my card, I was met with a line out the door at customer service. I stand in this line only to find out, after minimal movement, that there are two lines going on here. One is to return items and one is for membership. You don't know this until you are well inside the single doorway leading to the service desk.I finally realize this and get into the correct line finally and see that my twenty minute wait I had already had would have probably been five minutes or less if I had know of this. Would have helped if there was a sign outside your single doorway to let everyone know this.Get to the counter to start the process of getting my card. I know it is supposed to be a simple one, but the lady working the register wanted to make it a little bit harder for me. OK, game on.I tell here I am there to sign up again. I fill out the paperwork and hand it over to her. She looks confused and stumbles for a bit. She then finally asks me if I had a membership before. Yeah, I did, when I lived in Pittsburgh back in 2014. She understands that and we clear that hurdle. I give her some more information that had to be written down for some reason, and we come to our next hurdle. She hands me this flimsy receipt from the register and tells me I'm good to go. I give the puzzled look this time. I ask what am I suppose to do with this. She tells me to go about shopping and at the register to give them that to purchase my items. I politely said no, I want a card, that's why I'm here. She kind of digs her heels in here and says that I will have to come back later in the week to get a card and gesturing to the printer as to indicate it was an ice cream machine at McDonald's, i.e., not working. Did she forget that I was standing right behind the customer she just helped and watched the printer spit out a card for not only the customer, but the spouse of the customer.I said, no, I know it works, I can't make another trip up here to just pick up a card, I want my card now. She just kind of stares at me, like she is going to stare me down and I would willingly go into submission and take her noncommunication as she was in the right here. Honestly, this Costco is a nightmare to navigate, I almost had an accident trying to get in because people were ravenous for the fuel. I had to park, I swear, a quarter of a mile away from the entrance. I was not making that trek a second time in a week just to pick up a card that she could print right now.I swear she thought I still had my Costco card from all those years ago. Like I kept that in my wallet in hopes that it would lead me back to a Costco like a treasure map or some mystic object beckoning me back. Since she wanted to stare, I stared right back. She restated that I could pay for my membership at the register and then come back later in the week to get my card. At that point, I pulled out my wallet in full view of her and pulled out my debit card. "How much does the membership cost?" I was giving her no choice but to ring me up now. Three other employees and long line worth of customers nearby, I think she finally understood, I had no Costco card and I wanted it now. Maybe she also realized that her way was inconvenient as well. Needless to say, the customer service at the actual CUSTOMER SERVICE desk was horrible. To reiterate, just because I was a prior member does not mean I held onto my membership card from nearly a decade ago. Suggesting to come back to pick up my card later in the week does nothing for me but make it more inconvenient. Like, let me carve out some time for you that I haven't already to be here.In the end, I did get my printed membership c

This location is packed! It's very hard to find a parking spot even on the outskirts of the lot. It's nice that they do have the gas station on this location but the line for it.. I can't believe people will actually wait in that.If I have the choice, I'd rather go to the Costco locations in Arundel Mills, DC, or Columbia. They should build another location somewhere nearby because there is definitely enough customer to expand. We checked out and the printer would did not print our receipt. We noticed one of the employees near checkout and they acted like we were trying to steal stuff, like sir you just watched us ring up all our items. Please just print us out our receipt it is linked to our costco card.. we know you can get an itemized one from the guest services. Such a weird experience. On top of that they will be out of items that we always get at Costco such as diapers. Good luck trying to get your tires done here. The wait will be ridiculously long.

Literally THE WORST Costco I've ever been too. 90% of employees I've interacted with were downright rude or acted like this Costco was the last place they wanted to be. Downright nasty person at the membership desk (actually two of them), the cashier was not nice and practically tossed our products after scanning and no-one put our purchases into our cart (which happens in every other Costco I've been to, and I've been to a bunch).Costco workers are usually happy and willing to help (it's a known thing that they get treated very well, especially compared to other retail workers), but this Costco was definitely the exception to the rule. If you have a choice to go to ANY other Costco, go there. I won't be coming back to this one.

Please Careful!! profiling Employee!!! She told us her name is Nadia with emplyee number 2018 idk if she said the right one or not. Upon check out she asked for a membership card and my gf showed it then she suddenly screamed out for manager and security , was on my phone on that time so I asked why!? I never had this experience in costo in years!! Im aware that she is using her moms costo card but never had a problem before. And why wont she do that with the all people who passes there card outside the store and why me? Kudos to the manager on shift she was so nice but never gave us the chance to explain that its the first time it happened And just smikred at us when told that the milk and some vitamins were for my mom.People was looking, taking reels. we were so embarased when I see it on Social Medias. Pro: big parking lot, cheaper gas, clean environment, food court, generous return policy, has pharmacy, eye care Con: packed parking, long line for gas, not enough self check out lane. Every Costco is always busy no matter what day of the week you go but weekend are a whole another level. The parking lot here if big yet it always hard to find a parking space. Items can be bought in bulk, free food sample from time to time, and lot of variety of stuff to buy. Some con of Costco is the aisle are not labeled so it hard to find item, the check out line is always long, and the gas line is a minimum average wait time of 20 min. All in all, get a Costco membership if you have atleast a family of 4 to make it worth it of an annual fee.

My review focuses on member tire services. Found the tires I wanted at the best price. Easily purchased and made installation appointment. Could have installed them sooner since tires were available quickly. My schedule wouldn't allow it so went to Costco for scheduled appointment and it was all done in an hour. Staff was professional and nice. Been driving with new tires for about two weeks now. All great. Super job. Plan to use Costco again for the other car. I recommend. Note this is a member only service.

This is my favorite Costco out of the 4 local locations : Beltsville, Laurel, Wheaton, & Gaithersburg. It has the easiest parking and seems quicker to check out.The manager, Sedia, is a pleasure to work with.

In a ridiculous idea to streamline the food court, while making ordering supposedly safer, Costco has succeeded in destroying a terrific place to grab some quick food. The kiosks actually slow down the ordering process, and the machines do not appear to be cleaned during the day. After standing in line for a long time, I gave up on my $1.50 hot dog and soda. No one in line seemed to know how the process worked, and the staff had been cut...probably to finance the kiosk ordering machines. Too bad, Costco food court, I will miss your chicken bakes!

Honestly, I may have written a review for this Costco already. I'm beginning to feel like a Costco mystery shopper/reviewer except by showing your membership card to enter despite wearing a mask as required, sort of reveals who I am. . Maybe need a cape next time, which actually IS advisable since they are a bit chilly since it's a warehouse set-up and I go for the even refrigerated area - brrr. Having my name on these posts also loses my secret identity. Oh well.I came to this Costco at least three times during my two-week visit to MD, nope four times, last one for just a gas fuel fill up before driving home and NOT picking up any of those bulk-size snacks that are ever so tempting to eat. The parking area appears to be smaller since land space in MD is limited and maybe this warehouse is smaller than the one that I live and visit on regular basis, but it has all of what Costco(s) have - electronics, clothes, food/drinks, etc.Since I was doing lots of food prep and meals, this was perfect for me to get my supplies of ingredients - chicken thighs and since right before Easter, I purchased a ham!! And even had to take half of it back home with me as no way my parents would eat all of it. Bright side is, I knew what my first meal home would be.As in any Costco or other grocery store regardless which state, when purchasing fresh produce, it's important to carefully look for any that may be getting ripe or have mold, as it will all go bad quickly. So was careful on the organic blueberries. Though for lines, they are social distancing, the checkout counters are close to each other so the paying customers are actually almost back to back with each other. However, it's completely fine since paying customers are required to wear masks and are facing away from each other, facing a shielded employee/cashier. And only in the event that someone toots his/her own blow horn, if you know what I mean, then everyone will be even more grateful for wearing their mask.In MD, masks are required out in public, outdoors too so, until you get inside your own car can you take your mask off. They have wipes and sanitizer. Ordinance may be loosening but this was at least since early April.I like shopping at Costco. However, it's not one of those, go in and out quickly type places.
