Unhelpful and unprofessional staff, I called In asking for help on looking for an item my mother really needed since the burtonsville location didn’t have it as I went in to check, I called this store and this lady picked up I asked her if they had any of that item available and she said to come check myself and when I kept asking her because it’s a 9 minute drive there so I wanted to know before time she kept saying to look myself very unhelpful then said she will let me know and ended the call and never called back! Hire people who have good communication skills and do better!!!:/

After waiting for 10 minutes to finally ask for my son’s Rx, I was told that it is not ready and they are going on break. Sorry, CVS, but you are out of chances for doing better. I’m transferring our prescription care to Walgreens today. You obviously do not care about healthcare!

I actually used to work here, horrible management overall...Managers here use profanity to communicate, lack of care for staff, scheduling and work expectation...very low and no training. the cpu training is not hands on, when I worked there photos were always backed up and unorganized on the front and back end. Managers were always too busy to help new managers learn...never any shopping carts...overall this was a horrific experience.

Despite the negative reviews here, I actually had a pretty great experience here! I came to take my passport photos, and the young woman at the counter was extremely polite. She was able to get someone to cover for her, and she helped take my pictures. The whole process was way quicker than expected!

Horrible customer service. Lines are extremely long and cashier looks at us and says it’s her time to clock out and completely ignore us. Very rude staff please take look into who your hiring.

Please requesting for CVS cooperative to look into this particular pharmacy store, what went wrong in this location. Every time you come here, your medication is never ready, you will be ask to waited in line for pick another 1hr. This is ridiculous ? This location has been services us for 16years, and their service is getting worse and worse.

Worst CVS Pharmacy in the Area. Honestly the District manager should fire all staff and re-staff. No smiles or Hello welcome to CVS just a grunt and took my prescription Made me wait hours for medication and when I came in the pharmacy tech says oh its out of stock so now all other pharmacies are closed so I could not even get it anywhere else. The Pharmacist at this location does not know how to train her staff and the techs are incompetent which is probably also the case for the Pharmacist since weak skills are usually attributed to weak management/oversight.

Received an email saying my pick was ready at 3:00pm but once I arrived they told me to come back tomorrow morning. workers didn’t even bother to look for my order. Really bad costumer service experience.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars, that would be an understatement. Service here is extremely slow and the lines to pick up prescriptions that are already ready, are ridiculously long. Not understanding why there are several cashier stands behind the counter when only 1 person ever operates them. If you’re looking for in and out service, do yourself a favor and fill your prescriptions elsewhere.

They wouldn't take a valid coupon for formula for my baby (Similac) and denied service when they refused to do a manual discount. Will be filling a formal lawsuit.

This CVS does not have a single cart for its customers. Also multiple items out of stock and not included in restocking order. These are basic, common, well known popular items.

The people working here simply do not want to do their job. I called about my medicine I would regularly pick up and whoever answered said no CVS pharmacy carries my medication and hung up on me when I said “But I’ve been picking it up from your location for the past year”. Ridiculous.

I was looking for a coupler of items when I seen LaTonya walk towards me. I ask her can she show me where Aquaphor was. I was hurcause I have Sciatica nerve damage so I came in the store without my cane. LaTonya took me where to find it, not only that, she made sure I got what I wanted. Then she ring my merchandise up, I had the line up cause my card wasn't working . She was so patient with me, I wanto give her a hug. It was so nice to come to CVS and was able to get excellent service from LATonya. I hope when I come back, she is there. Thank You CVS for LaTonya.
