Have had a really good delivery experience here today. Met some really nice people at the check in. #Realdealdelivery?. Checked in at door 13. Had a 0800 am appointment and got a door right away. A really wise man named Tim greeted me with a warm smile and greet this morming. Very nice individual. Got backed in a getting unloaded. Thank you Tim, Ferguson , looking forward to many more safe deliveries with your business. Thank you.

I really like Ferguson's and have been doing business with them multiple years for over 35 years. Unfortunately, this particular location like many other businesses you visit these days, the customer service is very laxidasic.The employees don't appreciate the patrons who come into their business. They were indifferent to the fact that the patron of the one that keeps them in their job/ career. I was greeted with typical end common place attitude they do the patron should be privileged to be in their presence and be served by the sales counter personnel.We placed a water heater on will call several days prior to picking it up. Will call is supposed to be fast and efficient to all the customer come in and pick up your order leaving since it's been paid for in advance. However, my experience is that I had to wait over 45 minutes to receive my order. This is totally unacceptable. There is only about four other men waiting to pick up their small or individual orders as well. There is no reason whatsoever that I had to wait over 45 minutes to receive my order that was sitting on the loading dock, which I could see clearly from the will call counter. Neither myself nor the other clients forever thang by the counter first meal for their business. There are other choices in which I can spend my money, but I chose to spend it with Ferguson's.But, unfortunately I think the days are long gone when the employee when the sales person behind the counter would genuinely greet you and then thank you for your business afterwards.I'll still use Ferguson's since they have fair market value prices as a plumbing supply house. That is despite the slowest will call service I've ever experienced and laxidasical attitude by the employees.Be safe out there people ☺️.

Almost every time I go to ferguson, the employees treat you like you inconvenienced their whole day by trying to get a job done. The hours are short for a trade that requires around the clock responses, and often times they are missing what you need and you end up having to go somewhere else anyway

Ferguson is the premiere plumbing supplier in our area. Sales to trades professionals- but they'll probably help out an occasional "harry homeowner" if they aren't too obnoxious.

Called needing help finding cartridges for an unidentified faucet. Joseph Barnes answered and went above and beyond to help. I was able to email him a photo of the cartridges and faucet, initially telling him the wrong manufacturer. He called a couple different manufacturers to properly identify the brand and parts, figured out what faucet we have, and found what I needed in their store. The parts cost about $16 in total and he treated me as though I was buying $1,000 worth of items. EXCEPTIONAL customer service. They have a new, loyal customer now because of that great experience! :)

Went to exchange a repair kit that was the wrong size and the young lady behind the counter was both polite and knowledgeable allowing the process to go smoothly.

I came in because my toilet broke, I first went to Home Depot but they weren’t any help. So I came in and Kyle showed me around the store explaining how everything works and he got me exactly what I needed.

This store is great. I’m your typical home owner, not a plumber. I came to the store after few trips to Home Depot and glad I did. Jerry(?) at the front desk was very helpful, he listened to my problem and walked me through the parts I needed. Outstanding service and price. Better than a box store.

Kyle, Nick and Mark went above and beyond their job to help me after hours get what I needed to complete a job for an elderly lady with no hot water. They left the supply house and drove to a satellite warehouse to get me what I needed 45 minutes after closing. All three are a credit to your company.
