One teller working inside and drive thru window with 3 other employees working sitting around chatting with each other. This is the worst PNC branch I’ve worked with.

The drive thru ATM at this bank never works. Either PNC bank sucks or their service team is AWOL. Three times in the last two months I’ve gone to get money, only to find the ATM isn’t working. Horrible service. Worst bank ever.

This is convenient if you are looking to do some vehicular banking. To me, this is familiar, almost like home. I'm not keen on the banks down here just yet, but it was nice to see this PNC not far from where I live. Having received a check I need to make a deposit.This branch is more in tune with vehicle banking that it is for people just to walk in. Although I am sure some people do go in, it is just better to do it by care with how it is situated in the parking lot of this plaza. Pulled up, inserted my card, tapped on the screen, inserted my checks, took my card, it was that simple. Nothing else to really say about self banking. No interactions with anyone, and I did it all myself. It was convenient however.

I am running a small business. I tried to contact a manager for a signatory change. I talked with the manager, who told me to send her some information. Two weeks of email and phone messages had yet to receive a response. Finally, I learned inadvertently that she was no longer with PNC. No one told me, and her messages were not relayed to anyone else in the bank. I then got some action by talking to the new manager.

Trash, trash, trash! Awful bank and customer service!!! If I could give this brach 5 negative stars, I would. The staff is slow, slow, slow, slow, slow, slow, slow, slow!!! I was there for almost an hour! And when I expressed my concern, I’m met with attitude from the teller with the dreadlocks, she is RUDE!!! While the rude dreadlocked teller was being rude to me the manager just stood by and said absolutely nothing!!! I’ve NEVER experienced such HORRIBLE customer service from bank staff. The staff behaves like they don’t like their jobs! The worst branch EVER! Closing my account asap.

This location is always the slowest! They’re ALWAYS very under staff! And never gets things done! Line is ridiculous long and wait is over 30 plus mins

3 vehicle in front of me trying to complete a transaction at the drive through wait for 1 hour to get to the cashier. Is just crazy very disappointed worse experience I ever had

My business banks here so I go daily was a good experience until the best 2 tellers left now you pull up to the window they dont even say anything to you send your deposit still nothing wait 30 minutes your deposit slip comes back still nothing really ? Time to find a new bank

If I could give it a 0 star I would.My mother went there alone.This lady who had purple hair (didn’t get her name) was being super rude to my mom.She kept being loud saying my mom didn’t have a social which she clearly did. Made my mother feel uncomfortable. My mom understand English but has trouble speaking it.And the lady was saying my mom was illegal because she didn’t have her card. Which she has a social and Maryland state ID (which shouldn’t even matter her legal status)She kept asking my mom is she understood her not in a caring way but in a way that my mom was incompetent.She made my mom who is an older woman feel uncomfortable and less than a person. Just because she doesn’t speak English doesn’t mean it gives the right to that work to make someone feel less than.I can’t believe PNC has people working like that in a bank.

My regular PNC bank is In Bethesda where I got excellent service, but since I retired I now use this location. I have gotten great service each time I go into this location. In fact I once forgot to take my bank card from the ATM machine and they called me the next day so that I can go pick up. I feel like a valued customer.

It took over 30 minutes for a simple deposit! First, I tried to use the ATM and it was broken. So I went inside, not knowing they were not accepting customers inside. Now I wouldn’t have minded that part if the manager hadn’t come with an attitude telling me and another gentleman to go back through the line outside. He didn’t even ask us what we needed or why we came in there. Then I get back in the teller line outside. I never use tellers because I prefer the quick and easy ATM. So when she tells me I need a deposit slip, I’m blown. And SHE had the nerve to have an attitude, telling me I don’t need one with the ATM (DUH I TRIED THAT). But I was the one inconvenienced! Then 30 minutes later, I finally get to drive off.Moral of the story, AVOID THIS BRANCH. They have everybody using outside but that tube is way more contaminated from numerous uses that inside would be...and they’re VERY slow.
