On 9/28/2024 I attempted to use a vacuum machine that took my money but did not function. When I approached the attendant for assistance, he refused to help or refund my money. I requested to speak with a manager, but he claimed he couldn't contact anyone.
Additionally, I found his attitude to be disrespectful, which only added to my disappointment. I believe customers deserve better service and support, especially in such situations.

The mechanic is lazy and takes shortcuts. I took my car there because my check engine light was on. They told me they had to remove the bumper to find the problem. They wanted to keep my car overnight and wait for the part to arrive but I told them because I work nights I would not be able to do that. I was told it would take a few hours for them to complete the work on another day. When I brought my car back two days later at 8 a.m. I was told they needed it until 5:00 p.m. I needed my car by 4:00 p.m. and was unable to leave it even though I had rearranged my entire day. On another day when I called at 12:00 p.m. they told me to bring it in and they could still finish it before the end of the day and only 5 hours. I did not take my car back to have the work completed as I didn't appreciate the attitude I was given. And when another mechanic went to remove the bumper it was evident that it had previously been cut off and reattached with zip ties and everything (all the wiring) behind the bumper was left disconnected. I will not be returning to have work done on my car here.

They have public bathrooms but it is always closed and employees said not available.
They have bad customer service and they have attitude,

I spend thousands of dollars in gas each year at this this station and yet today I politely asked the mechanic on duty could he assist me with putting air in my tire since it was low. His answer: “It’s too cold” why are you at work then sir??? Men who refuse help women are trash. I went to the station on Powder Mill Rd and he was happy to assist. I’m a forever customer now

You know, I'm still filling out the area I moved to, and I should have known better than to have tried this place out late at night. Yeah, not my brightest idea to come here really late at night.First and foremost, I was stupid to come this direction instead of going the other way out of my apartment complex. But here I was, at what is basically an island in the middle of nowhere late at night. I'm sure it probably has a different atmosphere about it during the daylight hours. I ended up needing both fuel for my vehicle and something to snack on myself. Getting the fuel was easy. Pull up to a pump, do your thing for pay, pump your fuel, and you are good to go.I made the mistake of going inside after I had pumped the fuel. It is small on the inside. Like way smaller than your typical gas station/convenience store combination you have today. This location shares the building to the repair shop portion. It wasn't bad, but the selection is extremely limited.I did find some items that would hold me over, but not necessarily what I needed or wanted. I made my way to pay, asked for some smokes, they had the type I am accustom to, so bonus there.

I've come to this location twice for an oil change & Gary the mechanic was super helpful, welcoming, and truthful. I would highly recommend!
