I used the automatic car wash, even paying for the most expensive version with all the bells and whistles. I’m very disappointed and feel like I wasted 16 dollars, because there’s still a ton of exterior grime on the car. I would’ve been almost better off just washing the car myself.

Auto-car wash machines are not reliable. Paid & was charged, yet the washing did not start up...twice.UPDATE:After posting my 3-star neutral review for the aforementioned reason, management did reach out and resolved the issue immediately.I'm impressed & grateful for such expedient customer support.The initial 3-star from a positive standpoint was because I love their 'brushless' car wash when the auto-wash works without issue (not having to hold my CC the slot, charged but wash not starting...).

Not so bad . Prices are decent.. only gave four stars because vacuum number 13 was very weak and barely picked up any trash so I pretty much wasted my money on my vacuum which is very important to have your car vacuum out.. just hope they do regular maintenance on the vacuums to make sure they all working properly. Cause having a clean vacuumed car is highly important. Other than that this is my go to Self service car wash, I can go ANY time i choose and I love that..

I had a pretty easy-breezy experience using the self service car wash. The self service area has about 4 bays and all the things that you would need to wash your car - car soap/shampoo, tire cleaning supplies, wax, driers, and some other fancy things. I think my 15 minute was was about $13, which I don't think was outrageous. All of the bays (from my understanding) accept credit/debit cards so you don't have to worry about bringing rolls of quarters and a bunch of dollar bills. The car was has vacuums right before the car wash so you can vacuum your car while the person in front of you washes theirs. I highly recommend that you visit during odd hours because the place can get crowded pretty fast. During my last visit (a Friday evening around 5:45 pm), there was only one car ahead of me in the washing bay. Once I finished washing my car, there was at least four cars in line for all of the washing bays.

I go here somewhat regularly and pretty much always use the automatic wash. It's one of, of not the best automatic washes, in the area.

I use these self service areas frequently after work or during lunch and this is one of the best self wash businesses I've been to. They take their own tokens or credit card at all stations which is super convenient. During the day they seem to always have an attendant making sure everything is running smoothly and fixed up, so you always get the right product and it's always working. Their prices are great and definitely a good value for what is provided. It can be busy at times so I'd recommend going at off hours to prevent waiting. This business clearly works hard to make it a good experience and it shows

Excellent touch-less carwash. They have a distilled water rinse for the end. I recommend buying a bunch of tokens and using those instead of your card in the stall. Also, although they say don’t scrub by hand, I take a microfibre sponge to scrub off the road grease and dust after soaping the car up. Today, I went at 8:30AM on a Monday morning and I had the whole place to myself. At times it can be very busy.

This place is solid! The prices are reasonable, and the equipment always works, including the token machines. Sounds dymb to have to point that out, but most other places can not be depended on for that seemingly simple task.That said, this place is popular so get there early or be prepared to wait in line to was your vehicle. It's worth the wait!

Other than the innability to use cash(bills) at almost all service points the rest of it is fairly easy to use and to allow one to complete the indicated tasks needed to complete a vehicle clean up and wash.The brushes on the wash cycle might be a bit soft but that's a personal preference.The reason i didn't use the 5 star option is because the suction tip on the vaccum cleaners are not really effective. Might need to add another a few more $ to complete the tasks but $3 should be more than enough to lift off most dirt off of the carpets and floors.

Needed to wash salt off the car so I decided to give the touch less car wash a try based on other Yelp reviews. Thankfully the line to it wasn't long. I appreciated an attendant being out there to direct traffic on the long lines to the self wash station which help me get the touch less wash that's in the far right corner. I choose the $16 wash that offers under carriage wash and spot less drying. It did a nice job covering the car with soap and rinsing. See pics. I was disappointed in the spot less drying feature as it didn't dry the car properly and it wasn't spot less. I had quit a bit of water marks on my front window and other parts of the car. This could be because the drying session was very short and not that powerful which I would suggest increasing both for a more effective drying session. I took one star off for this reason. However, I would consider re visiting when in need to wash salt off my car again.

They only have one touchless automatic car wash at their new location in Beltsville so if theres a line, it could take a while. The place is open 24 hours just like the original location.I got the $12 wash with undercarriage which was sufficient. It did a really good job of cleaning my car after driving 16hrs+ through a snowstorm and the car was covered in snow and salt. Extra star for having recycle bins at the vacuum stations at the end!

I like coming here to avoid the unnecessary fake car show but it's a thing here now. Maybe management can kick people out who are done cleaning their cars if they even cleaned them.
