Terrible service. Yesterday I visited the place and went through the drive thru and one of the people who works there came out and told him that he couldn't help me and that if he wanted me to use the ATM, it was very busy and it was only 4:40 and it was a long time away. to close.

Drive through always takes forever even when no one is in line. The drive through was empty and I pulled up, immediately hit the call button and sent the thing so I could get a deposit slip. Took about 7 minutes or so to get someone to come to the microphone. 30-35 minutes later and finally through. I ended up walking into the lobby to ask a question and there is no one in there.

Not a good bank at all. They say I comited fraud. Doing transactions I didn't make. Any of that. I was a victim of fraud. Now I couldn't recover the money I had in the bank.

The Manager is excellent in making you feel special. We arrived around 2p. There was a line forming to the tellers. No one was available to tell us where to go to get papers completed. Two other customers came in. Within 5 mins the Manager invited us in his office to receive service. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I had exceptional service and care at this branch. I had to open up an estate account and Corey started with me to get things started, then Vimbai completed the process. I had an appointment and when I arrived I was greeted with a smile, politeness, and professionalism by Corey. When Vimbai took over, she explained everything completely and answered all my questions. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. It comforts me to know that the banking for my mother's estate will be handled with care and accuracy. TD bank, thanks for hiring such GREAT employees!!

Super horrible. And all she could say was, oh I'm sorry. Careless worker, with the Indian manager telling me, oh I forgot the notary stamp at home, this after I already went to 6 different banks, and this location confirmed over the phone that I can come for the notary!

Horrible location please go to the other location.My. Family member opened an account here pre COVID and manager was staring at him while he made his pin..like literally eyeballing each number he put his finger on.this is so unprofessional. When I opened an account at the other location the lady turned around when I created my password and pin. The people here are so suspicious and weird.I remember withdrawing a large amount of money and the teller looks at my account and says” your doing a great job.” Excuse me why are you commenting on how much money there is in my bank account.Extremely unprofessional. Please take your service to the other TD bank locations in Maryland. They all need to be trained on customer service and etiquette when a customer is creating a password or pin do not stare at them that is uncomfortable and highly unprofessional.

I’m an office assistant so I have to stop by different banks weekly and I usually go through the drive thru and I don’t think I’ve ever been spoken to. The whole transaction no one even says “hi” or “thank you” it feels so strange. I know things get busy but you can’t even acknowledge your customers? I have a much better experience at the other banks I go to. I keep going to this TD bank branch cause it’s literally less than 5 mins from our office.

This bank is horrible. They will not close an account at the customer discretion if there is a balance on the account. Rather, this bank continues to allow monthly maintenance fees to accrue on the account causing the balance to continue to increase. Most banks send a letter in the mail with the balance. Completely regret joining. Please sign up with a credit union or a bank that cares about customers. The mediocre reviews explain it all.
