Charged me 2800 when quotes 1400 ripped off put things in boxes and used tape for no reason to charge me an extra 900$ on packing materials talked to the office manager who was rude and basically told me not to pay them so they can keep my stuff contacted the BBB on this company they should be ashamed took 12 hours to move a 1400 sq ft house when it’s been done in three by other companies took their time to charge me more by hour very dishonest company DONT USE

Highly recommend and plan to use Topline for the third time for a long move. Moving is stressful but the movers Francisco and his team on site make things easier. My first move with them was within Virginia and the next from Virginia to Texas. I gladly paid for their packing, storage and other fees BECAUSE MY ITEMS ARRIVED IN GREAT CONDITION. No worries.I paid cash(not credit) on the receiving end as outlined in the documents. Please read the documents carefully for a shock free experience as all terms included and outlined! Happy Moving!

Worst moving experience of my life wish I had seen the reviews the moving "foreman" was RUDE. They showed up late. Then refused to move anything without WRITING my CC# down on paper. Then moved very slow and added an additional $250 to the bill. When I called to complain. They never returned my calls. When I got to the new place THEN they held my stuff hostage in the truck until I agreed to pay the new inflated price. On top of they wouldn't move all my stuff. Please be ware!

I was skeptical at first given the low score reviews. Francisco and his crew did a good job of moving me from college park to Gaithersburg. I know that packing takes a lot of time and the charge for materials is crazy high, so I bought those materials myself and packed. They were tasked with simply moving everything I packed from a four floor townhouse to an apartment. They worked fast and I’m plenty happy with it. I ended up paying roughly $1000 because I packed everything before hand, could’ve been lower but I took a while on my end.

This was a horrible experience. Please read the reviews. The customer service was extremely horrible. The manager talked down to me because I was a black woman. He threatened me. His name is Alan. He told me that he spoke with me to give me the final price and he never called. He lied. The prices that re quoted are inflated. The mover who came to pick up the stuff asked about some bedroom furniture we was giving away and he said he wanted it. Then turned around and charged us for it. After we told him to leave it in the apartment. This was the worse experience. If you don't listen to nothing g else. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I WILL BE GOING TO THE. BBB. About this. The absolute worse. They should not be open

Avoid this company at all costs!!. They are scammers with crazy prices. The invoice says they charge for boxes and packing materials. I didn't think I needed that because my things were already boxed. They gave a price list only after they arrived. The mover wrapped furniture multiple times and used multiple layers of tape in order to charge more money. It took 9 hours for job that was done by previous movers in 6 hours with a longer drive. They are very untrustworthy. Do not use them!

I was moving from Maryland to North Carolina and Topline was able to accommodate picking up my things on fairly short notice. The moving crew themselves were very nice, professional, and careful. One major red flag was they wrapped things of mine without asking & then charge me quite a bit extra. I let it go but it's something to watch out for. if they start wrapping things and don't ask, say something.I have never experienced such an unprofessional management team. Just to make sure this list is comprehensive and no one gets taken advantage of in the future:- The quote they gave me was so wildly inaccurate that they tried to charge me an extra $1,200 on top of the quote. Not sure what training they go through but pretty egregious. My suspicion is the quote low to get the job and then get you on the other end.- When I asked for an explanation of the additional charges they just shrugged me off and said its how it goes and kind of acted like I was crazy for being so shocked.- They never sent me the updated quote, I only found out a day before they were meant to arrive- The delivery was late to NC, so I had to scramble to adjust my schedule. I never received updates from Topline, I kept having to call them so really hard to plan around their delivery.- They threatened me multiple times with increased prices, withholding my stuff, etc.- Called my mother (who was my backup contact) without trying to contact me and told us each different information, seemed to be trying to play us off one another. It felt really deceitful and a bit manipulative.- Changed the terms whenever they felt like it. Example, I was told I had to pay the balance upon delivery in cash. Then was told I could pay with card. Then when I made them mad for asking for additional information they said I couldn't pay by card and threatened to hold my belongings.-Extremely rude communication - when I was traveling for work (and had shared I would be in advance and what time I would be available for a call) they wouldn't even let me get to a safe place to call them. I was threatened with my stuff going to storage and additional fees if I didn't call them immediately while going through customs in a foreign country.Overall, they made it seem like they were doing me a favor when I was paying them to do a job. I have never experienced anything like it, but I cannot reiterate enough, don't use this company. Find literally anyone else.

Franciso is kind, courteous, professional, funny, and best of all bilingual so he made my Spanish speaking mother-in-law feel comfortable. Jaime went above and beyond to make the moves go smoothly as well as Alberto and Danny. They all are highly recommended without a doubt!

Please run! They quote you cheaper than others because they are about to charge you double the price. My quote was doubled and the manager of the crew was so rude. I asked him for a breakdown and he had a whole attitude. He insisted I pay before they could start the job. He stopped the jobs multiple times and was border line threatening me. I have never felt so disrespected and defeated. Wasted my time, terrible customer service and a lot of misplaced egos. Please please find another moving company.

We used them 3 times in the last 4 years and every time was a great experience.They always on time, great customer service.we received our goods in a great condition after 6 months of storage.Well done Topline.

From my first phone call to Topline until the job was completed it was a perfect experience. I knew we'd have to pay for packing materials, travel, and tax. From some reviews I've read, people are either naive about how much it costs to run a business or they didn't have my crew!The information I received was clear, the quote arrive in my inbox the day I spoke with them and the scheduling was quick and flexible.The crew was hard working, thorough and courteous. Francisco, the foreman, looked over the job and kept everything running smoothly. The expert packing by Jose, Alberto and Francisco kept everything safe. Some of the items were antiques and glass front cabinets - all packed securely.Words cannot express how helpful and considerate these men were on the job. They went above and beyond my expectations and I will recommend this company to anyone.

If I could rate this company a NEGATIVE five stars - I would.I have traveled across the country on a number of occasions and have NEVER experienced such a horrible, stressful, and deceitful company.Even if we ignore the fact that majority of my items were destroyed in the process of moving, the customer service of this company is a negative five stars in and of itself (putting it nicely).The provided services (and how much they cost) were misrepresented, the movers were not on schedule, the guy in charge was the worst example of customer service I've experienced, and I was left with more broken items than I can count.I rarely ever leave reviews, but heed this warning: DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! I have never had such a horrible moving experience and it was absolutely because i made the wrong choice in trusting this company to get involved. DO NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE!!Update: The company has now responded (see below) that they did not provide me with any service. Instead of rectifying the issue, they deny I was ever a client. Question: How do you know that I'm not a client if my full name is not displayed? I have receipts (i.e., a whole contract) demonstrating that I, unfortunately, was a client. But they are right about one thing, although I spent my hard earned money on this move, I was hardly provided any service. Thanks for helping to prove my point. I will once again reiterate to potential clients --> DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF HIRING THIS COMPANY!
