“Had a great experience! Dion was awesome. I was trying to get a passport for my 17 yr old son and was met with a rude and entitled USPS customer service agent a few mile(s) away. Needed to make copies and the town nearby was very rural with no copying service in sight. I traveled down to the USPS located at Charlotte Hall and was met with compassion and the utmost professionalism from DIon. 30 seconds to make a copy. Thank you for great service and hopefully a supervisor can see this and give you your well deserved merits. KUDOS.”
“I always get great services there. The staff are very knowledgeable, caring, friendly. I highly recommend this Post office.I have been getting my mail since 1979 and worked with the staff that were there back in the 80's. I was a carrier. I on had 2 complaints. One was that I didn't pick up out going mail from this lady mailbox. That was,because her flag wasn't up and was broken, smh. The other wanted to talk every day about personal issues. I had 450 some letters and flats. Customers has to realize that we have a job to do.”
“I never have an issue with the two workers I encounter when I visit this post office. They are always pleasant and helpful. I am also grateful they are close by. The only complaint I have is the way the parking lot is designed. Very difficult to park and exit if there are more than 2 or 3 cars.”
“I am so happy with the service at this post office. They are so helpful and understanding. The postmaster is super communicative when my weekly delivery of live crickets arrive and needs to be picked up (live *anything* can't be left in mailboxes). I can't say enough good things about her and the rest of the staff.”

The person at this post office couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. I always receive great service here. And the good news is the package arrived later that day.”
