Berlin Auto Wash is highly regarded as one of the best car washes in the area, offering full-service cleaning with professional detailers. Customers praise it as the best place to get a car wash, noting that it provides a mini detail after each wash, which adds great value. Many appreciate that the staff is dedicated and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. The facility is known for its quality and convenience, especially for those buying multiple washes with a card. However, some customers have noticed a decline in wash quality over the years, with issues such as streaks, smears, and unsatisfactory handling of certain vehicle types like Teslas. Despite these concerns, the overall sentiment remains positive, with many considering it the best in Worcester County and Ocean City. The team’s professionalism and thoroughness, especially in detailing services, make it a popular choice for vehicle care.
This place is awesome! They gave me 6 carwashes for price of 5 and free trank vacuum. Great small business that cares about customers. I drove twice (2 cars) today for service from Pocomoke just because it was great! Can't wait to try detail service. Thank you!

This is the best place I’ve ever been to to get my car wash. This is the best Carwash I’ve ever been to in my life. It gets people to clean your vehicle for you without doing it yourself. I can’t wait to visit there again.
