I’d take my vehicle here again… if I drove a John Deere tractor to work.
Rather than admit upfront they have zero knowledge of how to service foreign cars, the shop replaced a random part, charged me $1000 & then recommended I take it to the dealer because they couldn’t fix it.
After numerous attempts over the phone & in-person, mechanics refused to talk to me about the work performed or what the issue was with the car to begin with.
1 star service, 5 star scam.

My family and I were in ocean City for a vacation and on the way down I heard a terrible noise coming from the engine. I thought for sure it was going to be something major and was bracing for the worst news(down there on vacation with my head over a barrel). The news couldn't of been better. Turned out it was a water pump and 500 dollars later was on my way. The shop was fast, courteous and most important of all knew what the heck they were doing. I wish I didn't live so far away because the would be my new auto place

Fantastic customer service! On our last day of vacation, our van ended up having a fuel injector issue. We were turned away by 4 other mechanics before calling C C Customs and speaking with Jennifer. Jennifer was understanding of our emergency situation, compassionate, and didn't hesitate to help us. Thanks to Jennifer and her team, we were able to head home within 2 hours of arrival. Thank you so much for your wonderful service! We will never forget you and your quaint, beautiful town of Berlin. Highly recommend!!!

My front right brake locked up on me. Called 4 other places before I found C C Customs. Had to be at of my rental that morning in Ocean Pines and needed to get home to Harford County, Maryland. C C Customs fit me right in and I was on my way home within an hour. If you need any auto work done, I highly recommend them. Thanks everyone , you have no idea how much I appreciated it!

We have been using CC Customs for more than 20 years. Over the course of those years, we have received nothing but excellent service and quality, knowledgeable workmanship. From servicing our old jeep many moons ago, keeping our two 20+ year old Chevy's running well past 200k miles, to an emergency repair on a VW, you can always count on them!

C&C has assisted me with my Jeep on 3 occasions. I have a soft top and they installed under the top cross bars, a bull bar and replaced my soft top when I had a little mishap. Great team and appreciate the quick service and I feel like the charges were very fair.

I was on my way to FL from OC when my car started shaking and vibrating. Thankfully I wasn’t more than a few hours from Croppers who fit me in so I could get back on the road asap. They were super helpful, very friendly and informative about all the issues with the car. Seemed appropriately priced based on what they did. Will definitely take my jeep grand Cherokee back there again and will recommend to friends and family.

Over priced and over rated. Only reason they got one star is no option for 0stars Tow prices is astronomical and the mechanics are borderline shade tree Good place for lift and tires is trick trucks in millsboro. Good repair shop is wells auto care in Berlin. Good tow company Hastings or for larger tows Simpson I wouldn't recommend even taking your lawn mower to croppers cc customs Shady operation
