Pleasant experience from start to finish. Great communication. Natasha was so helpful. Wayne and Jay arrived right on time. Tight corners required creative thinking. Thankfully, they were able to get my big old sofa sround all the corners without any issues. Cleaned up before they left. Made sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend.

Purcell movers adjusted their schedule to accommodate me. I changed my move date twice, they never complained and called to see how my packing was going. Excellent and efficient. I would recommend them.

Place was well overpriced, overcrowded, dirty, and many pieces of the furniture were broken without any discounts. Owner wasn’t there any of the three visits made. Planned on buying several pieces and walked away after she called and gave him our offer. His reply was shrewd, especially considering he has photos of the pieces we made offers on from 3 years ago on his Facebook used furniture store page. I will never return.

Bought a used refrigerator with a 90 day verbal warranty. A few weeks later we requesred service because the fridge was not cooling (freexer was great). Serviceman came promptly but repair did not fix the problem. They took it back and refunded my purchase. No hassle - - very honest people who stand by their word.

I called Mr. Purnell on short notice, having used his company to haul away old furniture 10 years ago. The crew he sent was on time ,professional and personable. The fact that it was pouring down rain didn't bother them in the least. They protected all of my items.
