I’ve had consistently good experiences at this Home Depot, but today was the best yet! I had an issue with a recalled product, but Mauri (I hope I got his name right) and Mallory resolved my problem quickly and in the best possible way. Their friendliness and helpful attitudes made it a very pleasant experience.

Jeff in hardware helped me find some things I would have definitely missed today. My kids love to come here and ride around the store in the double cart, especially during Halloween when they have all the scary lawn stuff out.

My wife and I hired Home Depot to install carpet in a small hallway and steps like any other contractor typically, they asked for a deposit of 1/3 which I was expecting, I received a phone call from the subcontractor who is doing the work to schedule the install They locked in the install date of the 21st Everything was good to go. I received a phone call from Home Depot two days before my install stating I had to pay for the floor in full prior to getting it installed I was Caught off guard because normally you don’t pay for a home improvement project in full until the job is done and you’re 100% Satisfied. I was concerned because what if they messed up but they said they would not send the contractor out to do the job unless I paid in full so we need the carpet because we were moving in a couple days so I paid the bill and sure enough they installed the wrong color Not only did they install the wrong color they charged my card twice. I have tried several times to get the woman I believe her name is Madeline on the phone. She’s their project specialist. I’ve left her several messages. I can never reach her. I’ve gone into Home Depot several times every time I go there she’s not there and I can’t get any answer from anyone on how they plan to correct this. She called and I missed her phone call and she left me a message and said the color that went down is the color we chose and on the contract Which is not correct the color we choose during the initial estimate is not the same color that was installed I am extremely Unhappy and so is my wife this is a huge inconvenience because we can’t even have it changed. We’re moving into the house and I have small children so We needed this done correctly prior to us moving in. Not only is it ridiculous They wanted me to pay in full prior to doing the work now they have done the work incorrectly and I’m just stuck with it. Never again will I hire Home Depot to do anything.

I don’t normally write reviews for big box retailers, but I had an exceptional experience with a knowledgeable employee that worked with me to come up with a solution for keeping our camper cool at night in the July heat while camping in the area.
Both the employee and the manager on duty were extremely polite, worked with me, were very flexible on working around an item that was out of stock, and made me feel like they genuinely valued my business.
Great experience. This is a rarity these days in the world of large scale retail.

Bought a grab bar for bathroom. Brought it home opened package and realized it had been taped shut on both ends of the box. Took grab bar out of box and saw it was scratched and there was no hardware in the box. I had driven 30+ miles to do shopping. I have to return this product because it was returned used with no hardware or screw mount covers which is a huge inconvenience. I will never buy another item from Home Depot. I will drive out of my way to shop at another store.

I recently purchased 2 storm doors and asked to have them installed. Unfortunately the installation was poorly done by the contractor they used. The left screws sticking out and didn’t screw in the top part of the frame.l the actually caulked it heavylt. I immediately addressed this to the Home Depot manager Donna who really seemed concerned about it but after just giving the same number to call and saying she would address it just ignored all my follow up calls to when I didn’t get a response from contractor. After over a week of trying to call I get a hold of the contractor who says they will be sending a form to look at it after waiting another week they send the same guy who installed the door to just tell me it was installed correctly and as best as possible based on framing of the door. Which does not make sense because I paid for them to measure the door so any concerns should have been addressed before the installation was done. I was still not satisfied and called Home Depot and now spoke with manager by the name of Matt who also seemed concerned and willing to assist but just like Donna he said he was going to reach contractor and I never heard from him or contractor. I guess the must be trained in how to ignore members concerns and Hope thing just blow over. I know have to get someone to fix the poor work they did on both doors. I HIghly recommend you use other contractors than that of Home Depot or you tube it and do it yourself as it may even come out better than the work they do. and don’t hold your breath on getting any real assistance from any of the managers at this Home Depot. If I could have given them a 0 star I would have. Unfortunately it appears Home Depot do not stand behind the work their contractors who they vet do.

This is a review about the online order pick-up system at this store. We purchased items and the cashier in charge of bringing orders out wasn't allowed to bring them because she was alone at the register. Not great waiting with no way to communicate, but after 18 minutes (I had 4 kids in my car with me), I decided to go in to get the items, and that is when the cashier was finally able to come out. I met her at the door. She should not have been left alone with the responsibility of the register AND curbside orders.
The bigger issue is the fact that the curbside pick-up spots were badly positioned. I don't appreciate that I had to choose between parking on the road beside a stop sign or take up the space beside a handicap parking spot. That space is there for handicap users to be able to safely get in and out of their vehicles.
In the future, we may simply use the locker system, or go with Lowe's. But I hope that they move the curbside pick-up spots for the safety and consideration of everyone who shops at the store.

Our contractor recommended using Home Depot Design services for our kitchen remodel. Stacie was fantastic in designing our kitchen. She listened to our wants, made suggestions and helped us design our custom kitchen. Our Kraftmaid custom built cabinets and quartz countertops are absolutely gorgeous. Six weeks from design, demo, custom cabinets, quartz and GE appliances was a breeze, especially since “Local” contractors wasted our time and ghosted us. Kudos to a job well done, we are still amazed.

Toys for big boys, love it.
I was having trouble using my home Depot card online, so I called and spoke to a young lady at customer service. I'm so sorry I can't remember her name, due to a stroke I have no memory anymore but in my opinion she went above and beyond to help me even when I came into the store the damn card still wouldn't work. She did everything she possibly could to help, but I ended up having to use a different card.
Like I said, I can't remember her name but if management would maybe inquire about it to their associates at the customer service desk I bought an air conditioner it's quite possible she might remember me. (I've got kind of a big personality)

We were turned away by bad management at Adkins company, over a parking dispute. So we came to Home Depot instead, got everything I needed to start building a hunting camp in the fall. Cheaper, and no parking issues, polite staff.
