I cannot say enough about your 2 employees in Berlin MD! I have been twice in a month - both times they were short staffed. They operated their store/lab so professionally, respectfully and kind to every patient. It’s rare to this level of customer service today! They should be commended.

Angie was awesome, I took my cousin there for bloodwork and she was great and didn’t have any issues! They are lucky to have her, one of the nicest I’ve met yet!
