I cannot say enough about your 2 employees in Berlin MD! I have been twice in a month - both times they were short staffed. They operated their store/lab so professionally, respectfully and kind to every patient. It’s rare to this level of customer service today! They should be commended.

How in the world are u going to require a mask and not provide one in a medical facility. This is just another reason I don’t lab Corp. I had to leave and go buy one to have my blood drawn. Completely unprofessional

Let me just start out with saying, I AM NOT GOOD WITH NEEDLES. I just wanted to thank the sweet woman who took my blood. Not only were you super nice and took into consideration that I'm not good with needles, she let my boyfriend come back with me and talked me through the whole thing. She made sure she didn't have to stick me more then once and helped me calm down when my anxiety got extreme. I wish I knew her name so I could recommend her to everyone. Thank you for making this the easiest needle experience EVER!

I'd say most of our visits have been great, but this last one was so good I had to post a review. My daughter, VERY apprehensive about needed bloodwork, ended up just fine in the lab tech's hands who was working with her. Angie was her name and she helped us quickly and efficiently. I've been to places where my daughter and I both were left bruised from the blood draw, but not with Angie. I was impressed with her efficiency and care. Also - the front desk was extremely efficient calling people back (make an appointment online).

It’s where they want you to take a pee sample. Very disgusting. The lab shouldn’t look like this.
