An attempt to have a calming experience at Main Street Nails was interrupted with the rude behavior even before we entered the establishment. While one can appreciate the need to remain on schedule, calling and harassing prospective customers with complaints about being busy and demanding to know their ETA is the outside of customer courtesy and the stated goals of the establishment …your stress should not be passed to the customer. This behavior is a real turn off and absolutely cost them this customer. Only providing one star because a rating is required.

They literally super glue acrylic nails. You will not be able to get the off with any acetone, worst place ever.

They were able to take me last minute. I love my nails, they don't look really thick like acrylics can. GREAT experience. Highly recommend.

*update* I went back in because the nails were peeling after 2 days. They immediately redid my nails. I really appreciated that!
I hate to do this but this may have been the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I went in and asked for a gel manicure. I showed them a picture of what I wanted. Only one person spoke English to me the entire time. And they did not even remotely give me what I asked for. Plus less than a week later and my nails are already peeling.

Fast acrylic fill w/gel polish. They’re short & not too thick which I like, but unfortunately the color is chipped on 5 different nails after 2-3 days. Live an hour away :/ can’t run in to get them fixed.

I got a full set of acrylic nails, my experience was sorta horrible. He was rude, and rushed my nails which lead to me getting cut three times. He over filed my nails to the point they where burning, then got upset I wanted to use a unopened polish I brought because I wanted a specific shade. He kept trying to get me to do gel polish, even though I expressed I didn’t want it. All together he was very rude and I felt like I was a inconvenience by just being there. My nails turned out fine, but I went to get my nails done as a special treat before prom and I feel like my experience was ruined. I had been looking forward to getting my nail done all week. save your time and money find somewhere friendlier and cleaner.Service: Acrylic nails

Main St Nails does a decent job on your nails but the customer service is AWFUL! Last time I went, I had an appointment, showed up 10 minutes early, and the technician I made the appointment with took a walk in customer just as I was walking through the door thus making me wait an extra 30 minutes. This time I called for an appointment, was told to call back in 45 minutes, when I did I was told they could take me in "30 minutes or so" I arrived 33 minutes from my phone call and the shop was locked and pitch dark! The shop is almost 30 minutes from me and there was an accident on my way! I KNOW that my number came up on their phone because they've called me back before, so if they intended NOT to stay open as they said (mind you this was 430pm when the website and door say they're open til 6pm) they could have called and saved me a wasted hour travel time! They are nothing special and have lost me as a customer. I WONT be going back!Services: Acrylic nails
