I always go to this location for the convenience of the drive-thru ATM. I have never had an issue. The one time that I had to venture inside the teller was very helpful.

If you don't enjoy someone lying straight to your face and would like to be able to access your money in your bank account, I strongly suggest going absolutely anywhere else. We opened a new account today with cash. We specifically asked if the money was available and we were told it would be available immediately. We tried to transfer some of that to a different account using Zelle. It didn't work because the money isn't available! After calling the bank, we were told it could take up to 3 days to become available. For a CASH deposit. These people are a joke! Never seen anything like this before. We will be closing the account as soon as our money becomes AVAILABLE.

They say don't judge a book by its cover... Well apparently due to my surfer look I was clearly looked down upon and treated poorly on today's visit. It's funny how once they checked my balance I received different care. M&T my household will take its money elsewhere ✌️

SLOW! SLOW! SLOW!I only go here monthly to pay the mortgage. I am never at the drive-thru less than 5 minutes, even if I'm the only car there. Today was over 10 minutes with one car ahead of me.They need to get a dedicated drive-thru teller!

Unhelpful and uninformed bank tellers. Recommend banking with a different company.

Guilty of bait and switch advertising. They send flyers in the mail stating you get a $350 bonus if you open an account this month and keep over $10,000 as you balance. Then when you go to open the account they say they still honor the flyer at first. Then just when you are ready to open the account, they find a way to not offer the $350 bonus which was why you walked in the door to begin with. They also call the customers unprofessional names like honey, sweetheart, dear, sugar to name a few. Maybe I wasn't the right skin color to receive the $350 bonus that was promised in the flyer I received in the mail last week. Who knows. I don't want to do business with a bank that uses false advertising and bait and switch techniques to gain customers. This was at the Manklin Creek Road branch. Both of the ladies who sit at the desks were unprofessional. I will be reporting the false advertising to all banking authorities and regulators.

As far as banks are concerned, this is as about as average as all the rest of them. They are generally nice and service is good. Interest rates are pretty bad. They do have free lollipops, though.
