Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. First website states open 24 hours but when I arrived at the store sign on door stated 11pm. I was there at 10:45 and doors were locked and employees looking at me through door. I looked at sign again and glanced t employees in store who then waved at me and laughed. The night before a different employee was also rude as I entered store again at 10:45 and was immediately told store was closing and she could not do anything associated with a cash transaction. It seems that they in fact are not open 24 hours or even 11pm. The employees seem to make their own hours: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

WORSE customer service ever!!! Ignorant people working who close store early and proceed to wave at you through the window. The next night the same two people are working and as we pull up proceed to tell us that we can not enter store on the side we need to due to them mopping. it is 8:45 and snowing/raining and the store doesn't close till 11 so tell me why you are mopping at 8:45? They proceed to laugh and carry on as we wait in parking lot to be told to we could come in.They have looked at us waitothis entire time. It is now 9 and still not been told we can come in. WTF

The Shore Stop in Ocean Pines is Disgusting!!The Hot Dog Warmer there is Never Cleaned and their Fried Chicken was so dry I almost got sick from it and they have Bugs in their Powdered Coffee Creamer and Sugar and they have Bugs coming out of their Soda FountainThat is Disgusting!!!

Terrible service no change for large bills. If you need gas you have to go to 7 11 down the road they had no problem.

Very convenient and a welcome resource for gas, milk and snacks. However, I was not impressed with their hot food when I tried it. Perhaps timing is key.

Oh my jeepers, folks. The $2 fish sandwich at this gas station was absolutely perfect: fluffy, piping hot and tastier than I would have ever expected. Kudos!

I usually don't do this, but oh my gosh, I have had the worst experiences there with Lisa even though Mark says she is a sweetheart I have never seen it. I know you never know what other people are going thru but she has continuously been outright mean and rude to me and nice to other people. Today was the last straw. I had to pay with partial credit card and cash, but my cash was coins. $1.75 in quarters, and $2 in nickles, but they made me put in a roller that was very old and flimsy. I did it but it took me so long and by the time it took me to do it and holding up the line they could have counted it 3 times. Lisa couldn't straighten out the crooked nickels in the roller because of her nails. Like I said this has been on going. Mark is a sweet heart and love him dearly. My first experience with Lisa was very rude and I just chalked it up to a bad day but it increased like she hated me for no reason at all. I am very upset, and considering never going back in the morning. I have been avoiding it but it is so close to home???

This is the second time I've had issues at this store. After the 1st time of absolute NASTINESS I didn't go back for a long time but I was in a pinch & needed gas this morning & "figured" I wouldn't have to go inside to deal w/ the RUDE morning ladies....WRONG. Valero gas pumps at this location are TRASH! I put my card in, put my zip in, take the nozzle off & choose my gas....nothing. Handle was loose, the screen says "one moment...." I waited & waited, pushed the selection again just in case I didn't push hard enough. Still nothing. I CRINGE as I go inside cause I KNOW the morning staff of women are RUDE AS HELL! The short old lady w/ glasses (who I had the issue w/ before & it ended up being a problem w/ THEIR cc machine! Yet she acted like it was me or my card smh.....) comes outside & treats me like I've never pumped f#$@* GAS! She says I have to put the nozzle back & do it all over again! I shouldn't have to fight w/ a gas pump, and her standing there all nasty looking at me & talking to me like I'm an IDIOT did NOT help the situation, that's just NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I DONT CARE IF I'M WAY BELOW "E" OR BROKE DOWN, I WILL NEVER GO TO THE SHORE STOP ON RACETRACK ROAD!!!!...unless it's at night. The ONLY ONE that I've always had great exchanges w/ & I love him is Mark. And the manager (i believe she's at another store now) short red hair, I loved her! But Mark is the only one I'll deal w/ there so it's gotta be later at night. These b#$%@ in the morning really disgust me. I'm a local, I been living here for a long time. I'm not one to complain about my fellow locals here on the shore (even though ALOT need to be checked) but I also know what good customer service is living in a resort town & THAT AIN'T IT! I also hear I'm not the only one who has had issues w/ those couple of ladies but I guess people figure nothing will be done about it & it probably won't....I just couldn't hold my tongue this time. I'll just take my $$$ elsewhere.
