I called today about some firewood, I know it's been a little damp recently..
I was greeted pleasantly by a gentleman named Alex... He was very kind and, went out of his way to check the firewood to see if it was wet..he found me some good bundles!! Excellent customer service!!!

Peyton had no manors when we were checking out after WE had to welcome her and ask how she was. Then she left everything on the counter and I had to ask for a bag for our stuff. Once given the bag I had to say thank you twice and she still didn’t respond back. Just blatantly rude for being in customer service and a bad look for the business.

The propane tank refill has been broken for over a month now 4--1-25 thru 5-7-25.
Perhaps the manager needs to be replaced and the problem will get fixed.
