Brought my fiancee's ring in to be resized was told 7-10 days to have it done. We waitied paticently for 3 + weeks then began to call. We were told to be patient it takes tine and They were taking care of us. We waited alittke over a week and i stopped by. I was told the ring was just about finished and They woukd take care of it that night and call me. No call the next day so I stopped by again. They had bot even removed the ring from bag we left it in over a month ago. I was told by mike "take it I don't even want to do it" wish you would have just refused to do it a month ago mike I would have found a real professional
