Paid for $17 car wash (highest price offered) and on two separate occasions the wash cycle did not apply the first waxes as listed on the machine. I complained to the owner inside the gas station and he profusely denied that the machine was operating ineffectively. No apology or compensation whatsoever - very cocky response...
