GRS towing greenbelt Maryland ! Is Bad service , when you go to get your car or you need some thing to grap nobody in the towing location, no body cares. And the customer service person he just yelling and jocking when i am asking series question
He said i dont care about you. I lost my time my gas almost went there three times
So sad. Baf service.

January 16th 2024 around 6:45pm My truck wouldn't start. I was stranded at the pump. It was about 22 degrees outside. The Lady inside wouldn't help me nor would she let me inside even though I had no heat. Tow truck driver she was outside with and chatting and smoking cigarettes with also refused to give me a jump start. This is the most uncaring, disrespectful place I've ever been. Finally around 9 pm a cop pulled in and helped me. I will never ever give that place business and will do everything I can to tell people how awful I was treated.

Got my MD state inspection, couple of rear tires, and my starter replaced with this shop. Mechanics were very friendly and professional, and prices were fair. Didn't get the feeling I was being jerked around, which is always appreciated. Great service, will be back!

I had a minor emergency yesterday. I hit the curb going into Boston Market and got a flat tire. I didn't want to pay a tow truck, so I walked over to an auto parts store and asked for the nearest place that could install a new tire. The tire wall had a quarter sized hole, so repair was impossible. They recommended Hamid's service center at the Shell station across the street. I actually drove the car a little more than a block very slowly on the rim. Hamid amazed me finding tires for a subcompact car in less than a day. It always takes us a couple of days to get tired even at PEPBoys or the dealership. The morning after talking with Hamid, my car was ready. Price was very reasonable. My husband was shocked. We thought we'd be without a car for the better part of a week with a heavy bill. Incredibly fast, efficient service at a reasonable price. Great experience.

Picked up a nail and it flattened my tire. Tim Watts, from GRS showed up when he said he would; pulled the nail, plugged the tire and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. No hassles, no haggles--just competent, professional and courteous service. I'd recommend him and I'd use GRS again.
