Recently visited the store over the weekend to look at my father’s account and my grandparents account and wanted to see billing the girl helping me did everything she could to avoid going into both of the accounts. I knew that I wasn’t an authorized user for one but for my father’s account I was. I wanted to go into account to see a detailed bill, & what type of plan he was on and the girl kept telling me that they aren’t able to see bills on their end or the type of plan. Which is a total lie because I used to work for T-mobile for five years??…I know how Tapestry works… you’re able to go into account and look at bills & even change plans all on the iPad ? ..and the only reason she didn’t go into the account was because she knew that I wasn’t buying anything. I didn’t even go back and fourth w her but this is exactly why I stopped working for this company the employees won’t help you if you aren’t buying anything. Just wanted to put that out there as a former T-Mobile employee it’s sad how they won’t help cxs w simple things bc if it’s not making them money they won’t even bother. As a former T-mobile employee this is so funny and sad to see still happening. I also know how reviews & employees rating scales are important. Please talk to ur staff management every cx counts.

Our assistant was Elsa. She was wonderful, helpful and was able to meet our strange needs. Very friendly, informative, and helpful beyond belief❣️

Very bad attention. Elsa, the store manager, speaks Spanish and when she didn't, I felt discriminated against and let the other representative help me. Do something to remove it from the store

Upgrading to a new phone is challenging; I am not young or super computer literate. Matt Arzola at store 9863 has been patient, understanding and helpful. He is a pleasure to do business with. I give him a 10!

So happy!Matt A. set up new service w/ awesome Galaxy Z Fold5. I bought a screen protector expecting 2 have 2 deal with it when I got home, but Matt installed it in 45 seconds without me even thinking to ask for that favor. Matt is a STAR!

My experience at T-Mobile was good!! The reps were very knowledgeable and got me in and out with minimal hiccups. The only hiccup was I wasn’t able to trade in my phone. Overall I’m happy with the experience.

First, I want to say I'm sorry I took so long to post my review. A month ago, I came into the store to get internet and the young lady Elsa and young man Gerald helped me out. At the time Gerald was still in training and he did very well working side by side with Elsa. They made a great team. They helped me setup my internet before I left so all I had to do was plug it in the wall when I got home. I was very satisfied with them helping me. I would go back to this location.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a T-Mobile store, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The level of incompetence and lack of customer service I encountered was truly appalling.First and foremost, the store was incredibly disorganized. It was difficult to find what I was looking for due to the haphazard arrangement of products and the lack of clear signage. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, chatting amongst themselves instead of assisting customers. When I finally managed to grab someone's attention, they seemed annoyed by my questions and lacked basic knowledge about the products and services they were supposed to be selling.To make matters worse, I had several issues with my existing T-Mobile account that I hoped to resolve during my visit. However, the staff seemed utterly clueless when it came to troubleshooting or offering any meaningful solutions. They simply shrugged their shoulders and suggested I call customer support instead. I came to the store for assistance, not to be brushed off and sent on a wild goose chase.The overall atmosphere of the store was one of indifference and apathy. It felt as though the employees were only there to collect paychecks and had no interest in providing quality service to customers. Their lack of professionalism and knowledge reflected poorly on the company as a whole.Moreover, the wait times were excessive. I stood in line for what felt like an eternity, while the employees casually took their time with other customers. It was frustrating to witness such a lack of urgency and efficiency in what should have been a relatively straightforward process.In the end, I left the T-Mobile store feeling utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. Instead of receiving the help and support I needed, I was met with incompetence, disinterest, and a general lack of professionalism. This experience has left me questioning the integrity and commitment of T-Mobile as a service provider.I strongly advise anyone considering a visit to a T-Mobile store to think twice. Save yourself the frustration and seek assistance elsewhere. T-Mobile needs to address the serious deficiencies in their staff training and customer service if they wish to retain their customers and compete in the highly competitive telecommunications market.
