Horrible company with just as bad customer service. They can’t even be bothered to give you decent information on what’s needed to move out. Then, can’t even keep track of who has and hasn’t moved out. Get it together or get out of the business.

This place is disgusting. See their sister property in Washington, DC, the Aspen Group. The pictures say it all. I had to throw out my small appliances because they were infested with roaches. I never ate in the apt. Aldon Management manages this property.
