Excellent PT Clinic. Two separate experiences for two separate health concerns. I see the initial eval as key -- Dr. Sam Niland did my first, and Dr. Stephanie Chou the second. Both are thorough, capable and, it would seem, correct - the therapies worked well. Dr. Stephanie has since gone to another clinic -- their good luck.
I've experienced 3 kinds of PT over time -- hand's on body manipulation, newish electrical interventions like stimulation, and exercise regiments.
This (and maybe all or most) ATI leans almost entirely on supervised exercise. They're *really* good at it. They start at a reasonble place, and change things well up or down or sideways in the course of the therapy. The entire team is pleasant and easy to deal with. The setting is bright, with good clean equipment and excellent maintenance practices.
Highly recommend them!

Had an incredible experience at ATI Physical Therapy -- over the course of three months I went through a diagnosis for shoulder pain, created an action plan to tackle the areas causing problems, and worked through a personalized treatment plan at home and at the clinic. The staff was amazing and guided me through each step beautifully -- big thank you to Stephanie and Z and the rest of the staff! Would recommend to anyone looking to fix any ongoing, chronic, or otherwise pain, you won't find anywhere more motivating or effective! Thanks again guys!

The team at ATI Sangamore were awesome. I had a pinched nerve causing painful sciatica, such that when I first came in I could not walk without a cane. I worked primarily with Zac and Stephanie. Both were outstanding, super-knowledgeable, and really cared about my improvement or occasional setbacks, ramping up the degree of difficulty of the exercises to challenge me constantly. Thanks to their efforts I am able to play golf again.

Highly recommend the Sangamore Road ATI group. After 12 sessions my back/hip pain is at least gone. The competent and friendly therapists are terrific and caring! Sent home with a list of exercises to continue on my own, life is better!

I had a wonderful experience with ATI in Bethesda. I have chronic hip pain and am now able to do things pain-free that I haven't been able to do pain-free for years. I worked primarily with Stephanie and Zac, they were both outstanding, super-knowledgeable, lots of feedback and communication, gradually ramped up the challenge, and seemed to really care about how I was doing.

I had an exceptional experience with the physiotherapist at ATI Bethesda. Z and Stephanie were both amazing! Their expertise and personalized approach tailored to my needs were impressive. The progress I made was remarkable, thanks to their detailed guidance. Their friendly demeanor and professionalism created a positive atmosphere, making my sessions enjoyable. My knee is strong and I am back to running and strenuous exercise. I highly recommend them for outstanding care and effective results.

ATI, Physical Therapy is the best place I’ve ever received physical therapy from. The location is convenient and the staff are exceptional. Each time I walk through the door I get immediate attention. The PT’s are determined to get the client back in shape. They take their time and are very helpful. I highly recommend ATI to anyone that I know.

Love coming here. Everyone has been super friendly and understanding; while gently pushing you to meet your recovery goal. I’ve gotten explanations and expectations every step of the way. Never in the dark or not knowing. From initial consultation through treatment it has been a very easy and pleasant experience.

Stephanie, “Z,” Josh, and staff are the best! Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, encouraging, enthusiastic,….. and they listen to each and every patient! They provide personal, tailored routines and exercises that are tweaked by the patient’s feedback and symptoms. If ( more likely when ) I need another aging, aching body part rehabilitated, I will call them first!

So far, my therapist has been Zack. He is an excellent therapist, making one feel relaxed and secure. I am confident that results will be achieved quickly. He is considerate of my abilities and comfort without compromising the outcome.
