The staff couldn't have been more accommodating but unfortunately there was no hot water, this existed in many rooms. It was a problem according to the staff has existed for a while and unable to find cause. They adjusted the rate considerably and apologized but still made for an undesirable weekend. The food at the affair was quite good.

This hotel is very nice. as soon as you walk into the entrance, they have a really nice restaurant farm to table that is open till late night. The reception desk is very nice and everyone is helpful there. This hotel has very nice amenities. A really big gym with different exercise machines and a lot more. The pool is very nice when it’s open during the season. The rooms are very clean. They look like they are recently renovated. The bathrooms are very nice as well. There is plenty of parking and it’s not so expensive. The location can be a little bit secluded. Meaning there isn’t much retail or restaurants around. But if you’re not here for any of that, then this is a great hotel nonetheless, Overall great hotel.

We lost some items during the stay in the D.C. area. We initially thought they were left at the Bethesda Marriott (later we determined they weren't), but in the meantime, the team at Bethesda Marriott jumped right in to assist us long distance. Shawn in Loss Prevention there was attentive, kind, and persistent in trying to help us locate these items. He routinely followed up with us to check in. By this experience alone, we know the team at Bethesda Marriott is strong and deeply cares for its patrons.

I arrived after 2:00 a.m. I had the reservation they didn't want to honor the reservation even if we check out the same time as every reservation and they overcharged me I tried to discuss it with the manager "Allie Castillo" and she wasn't helpful she just added charges and charge me for the New reservation and old I paid for the night more than $600 for a room when any other time will be $150.Stay away from Marriott hotel they have hidden policies to overcharge the customer.Update, I did receive a refund for the extra charge,But I still feel that manager "Allie Castillo" gives a bad reputation for the hotel.

Hands down one of my favorite Marriotts ever. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The M lounge is awesome, the rooms are newly renovated and always clean, and the gym is great. Also, this is the only Marriott I’ve ever been to that has a farm to table restaurant. Coppers Mill is stellar!Rooms: Many, if not all of the rooms are newly renovated, spacious and clean!Safety: This Marriott is in the Pooks Hill neighborhood, which is peaceful.Food & drinks: Coppers Mill is an amazing restaurant! Exemplary food, drinks, atmosphere, and service! Joseph and Zobe are fixtures at Coopers and make all the goodness that much better!

There are no bathtubs, no free breakfast, no free parking and wi-fi was spotty. The beds were not particularly comfortable. They do have a great ballroom for events, with good catering service, which was why we were there.Noteworthy details: There are no tubs, showers only!No free parking. No free breakfast!

Don’t like this hotel! You have to register the Marriott member to get the free internet. Otherwise you don’t have internet.if you don’t want to register and share your information, you don’t have WiFi! Ridiculous!!!

Pleasantly surprised by this remodeled Marriott - service, quality and design were all top notch. Nice small lobby with good seating area. Convenient distance to Bethesda Trolley Trail.

The check in clerk was unpleasant. She could certainly be more friendly, polite to guests and marriot members during the check in process.

My wife and I stayed in the King suite for the night. Clean with nice amenities. Service was excellent, from the desk clerk to the bar staff. The food from the restaurant was decent. We ordered the crab fries and turkey club. Our only complaint was the bed not giving enough support.
