My almost 2 year old daughter had a wonderful time creating her bunny here. The staff were very friendly and included my daughter in the entire customizing process. We were greeted upon arriving and had help the entire time we were in the store.

Kids had fun. Though we did forget the birth certificates after we made them on the tablets and no one reminded or handed them to us after we made them. Not sure if we were supposed to grab them from somewhere.
